RESERVATION & BOOKING POLICIES :

*Booking cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE but REBOOKABLE subject for room availability except for emergency reason. In this case the resort will require proof of cancellation.

*Payments for confirmed bookings will be forfeited in case of NO SHOW.
* ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) of the entire stay is non-refundable, in case of SHORTENING OF STAY

* CHECK-IN TIME - 2:00 PM
CHECK –OUT TIME - 12:00 NOON

* NO SMOKING inside the guest room.

*Gambling & Drug Using of any kind are STRICTLY prohibited inside the premises.

* Any DAMAGED or LOSS on resort property and equipment due to improper use or carelessness will be charge to guest’s account. LOST of ROOM KEY will be charge P500.00. Other amount of charges incurred will be estimated by the Front Desk.
