Terms & Conditions
Check In/Out
Check in commences at 2:00pm and guests can check out up to 10:30am. Arrangements can be made for earlier check in and later check out pending availability and by contacting the property prior to your stay.
Smoking
Inside the property is strictly non-smoking, but each suites' private outdoor seating area provides facilities for smoking.
Boutique B&B
Meelup B&B is most suitable for adults, however, as a two-room property we can provide for families traveling with one or two children who can book both bedrooms for their stay.
International Transactions
International transactions will be charged in Australian dollars.
Payment Policy
Stays of 1-2 nights will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Stays of 3+ nights will have a deposit of 50% of the total stay value taken at the time of booking and the remainder will be due on check in. Alternatively, if the stay is cancelled within 14 days of the proposed arrival the remainder will be charged at time of cancellation.
We do NOT apply a surcharge for credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy
As a boutique business we can be greatly affected by cancellations.
15+ days: cancellation free of charge.
0-14 days: 100% of the total booking value will be forfeited by the customer.
Where a customer fails to arrive for a booking or a stay is cut short, the customer also forfeits 100% of the total booking value.
