All rooms are strictly non smoke - Non compliance whit this Government Regulation may result in room cancellation without refund and ejection from the premise. You will also be charged for any remediation cost including, but not limited to, loss of income, specialised cleaning and treatments to remove the Tobacco Allergen.

Kindly note that check-in is from 2pm and check-out is before 10am. Earlier arrival and late departure times can be arranged, subject to availability, however applicable day-use charges may also apply.

Deposit Policy
Rates quoted are based on the number of occupants and leigh of stay and any alterations to those details may affect the nightly rate charged.

Online Bookings
All Online Bookings require a valid Credit Card number to guarantee your reservation. Your card number will be held as security for reservation and anynaplicable cancellation or non-arrival fees. Unless an alternative valid Card of method of payment is provided upon check-in, this Card will be used for all outstanding accommodation and ancillary cost and for any loss or damage to the room during the stay.

Child Policy
For porpuses of this clause "Child" or "Children" means a person or persons aged between 2 years and 11 years; "Infant" means a person under the age of 2 years; and "Adult" means a person aged over 18 years. All ages will be determined from the date at wich accommodation commenced.
(Please not Cost and alternative bedding is NOT available)

Childres and Infants sharing a room with their parents or guardians may domso free of charge is using existing beds and linen and not exeeding yhe maximun occupancy for the given room type.

Unregistred Extra Guest
Visditors of guests are allowed on the Hotel's premisses between 10am and 8pm. The guest is to adhere to these visitings hours and escort theis visitors at all times on the Hotel's premisses

Unregistered extra guest. No more than 3 adults are allowed to stay at any room/suite at Lakeview Hotel. All guests are required to register on arrival at the Hotel. Registred guests are prohibeted from allowing non-registred guests from stayng in theis rooms beyond 8pm. Any additional unregistred guest found in a guest room between 8pm and 10am will ocur a penalty charge of $20 Dollars per person. Such fees will be added to the relevant registered guest account, for payment prior to departure.

If a maximun room occupancy of three (3) is found to be exceeded by Unregistered Guest as discribed above, then ALL ocupants will be ejected from the Hotel and the Registered Guess will be imediatelly charged for the room, forfeit their deposit and will also be ejected.

Please Note: Disturbance of the other guests throught parrtying in rooms will not be tolerated & intoxicated guess may be removed from the Hotel.
Please Note: Your Credit Card is held as further bond to ensure no damage or smoking has occurred in the room. This is undertaken after a housekeeper has checked and cleaned the room. Any damage, theft or defalecement of Hotel rooms will result in Police action and cost recovery.

Payment at check-in.

A valid Credit Card and ID will be requested to the occupant of the room when checking in. Payment via third party Credit Card may be arranged by contacting the Hotel directly.
1. If a Credit Card is not available a cash deposit of $250 will be required.

Conditions d'annulation

Cancellation for Advanced Purchase (Special) rates.
These bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. There will be strictly NO refunds available for Advance purchase bookings. Changes and modifications are also not permitted.

Be agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge that unless we come to an alternative arrangement with you or the named guess, then the Credit Card provided will be used for payment of all accommodation and ancillary cost charged to the room after check-in, for any loss or damage to the room during the stay, and for any cancellation or non-arrival fees.
