Terms & Conditions
Arrival is from 3.00pm.
We have a shop in the front of the building which is open until 4pm mid week and 5.00pm on weekends. When you arrive please come into the shop to collect your key and be shown to your room. If you are planning to arrive after 4pm mid week or 5pm on weekends please contact us so we can make alternative arrangements for key collection.
Departure is by 10.30am.
Keys can be returned to the shop which is open from 10.00am. For departure prior to 10.00am the key can be left in the room.
Arrival and departure times may be varied by arrangement, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
A strict no smoking indoors policy is in place. Ash trays are provided in outside areas.
Payment Policy
All bookings require full payment at the time of purchase.
Payment can be made by credit card or EFT.
Credit card including Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. AMEX surcharge 2.5%.
Please advise if would prefer EFT payment details.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations are accepted. Existing bookings may be transferred to another date subject to availability.
