Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions of rental at Mollymook Aquarius Apartments is agreed by both parties upon payment/deposit are as follows, and departure from same by the customer permits the owner or agent to refuse the key, amend the charge or immediately terminate the occupancy.
1. The premises are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
2. The number of occupants are not to exceed 2 adults in a 1 bedroom apartment, and 4 occupants in a 2 bedroom apartment, including infants.
3. Pets are not permitted.
4. All damages, breakages and losses to property and or furniture and furnishings and or lock and key replacements are to be reported and paid for prior to departure.
5. No responsibility is taken for occupants personal property.
6. No person on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that is a nuisance to adjoining occupiers and/or neighbours.
7. Noise is to be keep to a minimum after 10pm.
8. The description of the premises by the manager is made in good faith but no responsibility for misdesciption can be accepted.
9. No smoking inside the apartments.

Payment Policy

A deposit of $100 will confirm the booking and the balance is due on arrival.
During peak periods the deposit required is 50% of the total booking tariff.

Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled 7 days or less there is no refund.
If the booking is cancelled outside 7 days there is a full refund minus $50 admin fee.
