RECEPTION HOURS: Reception is operated off site. The phone located on the exterior wall at the Office has a direct line to the manager.
ACCOMMODATION will be available from 2.00 pm on day of arrival with a 10.00 am departure time.
The guest hereby acknowledges that all and every loss/damage occasioned to the accommodation and/or its contents let to them, including smoking in the rooms, will be their sole responsibility and they hereby give permission and consent to the proprietor to charge the cost of any damage/loss/extra cleaning to the guest, including debiting a Credit Card for a period of 7 days after the guest departs. This loss could include loss of income suffered by the proprietor if the damage/loss/extra cleaning caused by the guest results in the room not being able to be used.
BEHAVIOUR: No noise or behaviour that will offend or interfere with the quiet enjoyment and comfort of any guests. All noise is to cease before 10.00 pm. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in Guests being asked to leave the Property and forfeit monies already paid to Moonta Bay Accommodation.
DAMAGE: Damage by guests or their visitors must be reported and paid for.
PARKING ON SITE: Vehicles and boats must not obstruct roads or other sites. There are 2 spaces available for each cabin and cottage and 4 available for the house.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES: You acknowledge and agree to abide by the payment and cancellation polices that are detailed in the Payment Policies and Cancellation Policy sections of this booking page.
PETS: Registered guests pets are permitted on site. One pet is allowed per accommodation unit. Cottages and Cabins: Pets are allowed inside in the Cottages and Cabins but are not permitted on beds. Holiday House: Your pet is allowed in the enclosed undercover patio area of the Holiday House and the tiled and hard cover floor areas of the house but not permitted in the carpeted bedrooms. Pet owners agree and accept to take full responsibility of any personal injury or damage caused by their pet whilst within the confines of the property and agree to pay for any claims of compensation in relation to the pets activities. Dogs are not permitted to be left in the park un-attended. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up & disposal of pet droppings. Dogs must be on a lead, must not bark, bite, rush at or create a disturbance. In circumstances where this occurs the dog owners will be asked to vacate regardless of time of day or night & forfeit any refunds.
**Visitor’s pets are not permitted on the property.
SMOKING: Smoking is strictly forbidden in all accommodation.
Smoking in the room will be considered damage and a cleaning fee as well as an out of service fee including replacement of anything whatsoever in the accommodation that has been damaged as a result of smoking, will be charged to you.

Payment Policy

Your card will be debited on the first day of the non cancellation period and a receipt emailed to you.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY OFF PEAK SEASON*: The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel within 1 day before arrival (non-cancellation period). *Excludes any Off Peak Season Multiple Night Specials and Group Bookings.
CANCELLATION POLICY OFF PEAK SEASON- Multiple Night Specials and Group Bookings: The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel within 7 days before arrival (non-cancellation period).
CANCELLATION POLICY PEAK SEASON**: The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival (non-cancellation period). **South Australian (SA) School Holidays, Public Holidays, Regional Events. Excludes specified Christmas dates and Easter.
CANCELLATION POLICY CHRISTMAS - 24th December to and including January 2nd; EASTER - Good Friday to Easter Monday: The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival (non-cancellation period).
CANCELLATION POLICY HOT DEALS*
Deposit Policy: The full amount of stay will be charged to your credit card immediately.
Cancellation Policy: This reservation cannot be cancelled and is non- refundable.
*Hot Deals are advertised as Hot Deals.

NO SHOW: If the guest does not arrive and has not cancelled, the guest will be charged the full amount of the booked stay.
