Mountain Sanctuary B&B is located on Mount Tamborine in the Gold Coast Hinterland on the Eastern Escarpment. Each of our three luxurious suites boasts garden views and generous-sized ensuites with spa baths and seperate showers, along with luxurious internal room furnishings. The location is second-to-none, being within 100m of two National Park entrances and 500m from Gallery Walk - Tamborine's tourism hub for cafes, restaurants, wineries, the brewery, fudge, arts, and crafts stalls. Terms & Conditions

When confirming a booking via telephone, email, third parties and/or by paying a deposit, you agree to the following:
Check-in & Check-out times: 2:00pm & 11:00am. Please call if you intend on arriving earlier and/or leaving later in order to ensure your request can be accommodated.
Children: Unfortunately we do not cater for infants or children. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse bookings at the time of check-in.
Additional Guests: Please advise in advance if you wish to host any additional guests at any time during your stay.
Mini bar: If any items from the mini bar basket and/or fridge are consumed during your stay, these are to be paid for at check-out via cash or EFTPOS. Alternatively, the credit card details with which the booking was confirmed will be charged.
Smoking Areas: As per QLD Tobacco Laws and for the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted within the building, balconies or gardens. There is however a designated smoking area onsite. Guests may be charged for deodorising costs if required as a result of non-compliance.
Covid Policy: Please contact us prior to check in if you have tested positive for covid or are experiencing covid symptoms. We have the right to refuse entry and can discuss postponement/cancellation options depending on timeframe. We are unable to offer accommodation if isolating and if you contract covid during your stay please inform us immediately and arrange for your trip home. If you are unable to travel home you will need to find alternative accommodation for the isolation period as we are not setup to assist with the requirements of isolation.

Payment Policy

50% deposit required at time of booking. 40% refundable up to seven days prior to check-in date. 10% non-refundable from time of booking and will be applied as a cancellation/date change fee. Remaining 50% payable at check-in. Any additional surcharges incurred during stay will be charged upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy

10% cancellation fee payable upon cancellation or date change of any booking. No refund of 50% deposit within seven days of check-in date.
