Muri Motu Outlook is situated on the hillside of Muri with stunning views of the lagoon and motu (islets). With a large deck, BBQ, outdoor and indoor dining options and a shared pool, Muri Motu Outlook is perfect for families or groups of friends. Explore the lagoon with the complimentary kayaks, walk or bike with complimentary bikes, to the popular night markets or one of the many cafe’s, bars and restaurants in Muri.

Muri Motu Cottages are four studio cottages on the same property and share the Muri Motu pool. Groups of up to 14 can book these together for exclusive use of the property, kayaks and pool.

Sleep up to 6 in this three bedroom villa with full bathroom and en-suite. Bedding consists of a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 singles in the third bedroom.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are correct at the time of publishing. They include all government taxes.

Airport transfers can be book through https://cookislandstours.co.ck/transfers/ Alternatively you can hire a car and self-drive, please contact us for special discounts with Raro Cars.

Check in time is 2.00pm on the first booked day. Please note that there are a number of flights that arrive in Rarotonga in the early hours of the morning. In order to move in to your villa in those early morning hours, you will need to book the villa for that previous day/night. Please take this in to account when you are booking your flights.

Check out time is 10.00am. Late check outs are available to 6.00 pm at 50% of the daily rate for the room. Check out after this time will require another night to be booked and charged so please take this in to account when booking your flights.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 20% of the booking total is required to secure a booking.

This will be charged 24 hours after receiving the booking.

We accept Visa or MasterCard and direct credit payments to either a New Zealand or Cook Islands based bank account.

Full payment will be charged 30 days from arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation advice must be received via email to mutimotuoutlook@gmail.com.

Cancellations made 30 days or more from arrival will be charged the deposit amount plus any processing fees.

Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay, minus any nights resold.

No shows and early departure will be charged full amount.

Covid 19 Amendment – We will waive any amendment or cancellation fees for any new bookings that need to be changed or cancelled due to Government border restrictions or ill health resulting from Covid-19.

We highly recommend that guests take out Travel Insurance to cover any other unexpected eventualities that may prevent you from travelling.
