Terms & Conditions

1. CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 10.00 am. We request that guests fully vacate the bedroom by this time. Belongings cannot be stored in the room after this time however, we have secure storage available on request. Late check-out is subject to availability, must be pre-arranged and may incur additional charges.
2. VEHICLES
We provide adequate parking, however we are not responsible for clearing the snow on your car. You will need to clear on and around your car to use each day and provide tools in the carpark for you to use.
3. TRANSFERS
We provide transfers daily upon request. You can prearrange a train station pickup and drop off, transfer to Akakura Kanko or Ikenotaira Ski Resorts. All other transfers are subject to charges.
4. NON-GUEST VISITORS
All non-guest visitors must be met by a named guest and signed in at reception before accessing the bar and dining room areas, only. The named guest is responsible for the visitor while onsite and liable for any damages, and room fees that the visitor incurs.
5. BANNED ITEMS
BB guns and fireworks are illegal and banned from use at the Lodge, surrounding neighbourhood in Myoko.
6. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Myoko Forest Lodge strongly recommends that at the time of booking you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover items including but limited to: medical expenses due to snow activities; loss of booking amount through cancellation, loss or damage to personal luggage or possessions.
7. ALCOHOL
We allow moderate, responsible drinking onsite in our communal areas. We provide reasonably priced drinks at the bar and the vending machine.
8. DRINKING AND EATING
Drinking and eating is not recommended in rooms. We provide a communal fridge, cutlery and crockery for you to use, free of charge.
9. SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside any part of the building; this includes the use of vapes. There are designated areas for smokers outside the building.
DISPUTES PROCEDURE
Where you feel that we have not responded adequately to your enquiry, or otherwise wish to raise a dispute with us, you can contact us info@myokoforestlodge.com. We will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly.

Payment Policy

PAYMENT
A 50% deposit of the reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remainder 50% is due 60 days prior to check-in date.
This payment will be by credit card and incur a 3.75% merchant fee.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to check-in date. Within 60 days of check-in, 50% deposit is nonrefundable but may be redeemed as a credit in the following season.
