ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไข

Check in time is from 14:00 until 22:00
For every room, there's a deposit of 1,000 THB for possible damage and incidentals (CASH ONLY!!!). This amount will be given back to you when you check out. So please prepare accordingly.
Cooking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

นโยบายการชำระเงิน

For bookings made on Facebook messenger, Line messenger, via telephone calling or walk-in,
You're required to pay for the first night's stay as a non-refundable deposit. You will then pay for the rest of your stay upon arrival.

For bookings made on the website's automatic booking channel, you will be contacted by the resort via an email or telephone call once we have received your bookings.

There are 2 methods of payment available which include direct bank transfer (only if you have a Thai bank account) or URL link payment. Please note that at the moment, for security reasons, we are not able to charge your stay to the credit card provided in the booking system. So if you wish to pay by credit card, a secure URL link will be individually created and sent to you.

สำหรับการจองโดนผ่าน Facebook, Line, โทรตรง, หรือ walk-in ท่านต้องจ่ายค่าเข้าพักคืนแรกของทุกห้องและนี่จะเป็นค่ามัดจําที่ไม่สามารถคืนได้ทุกกรณี ท่านจะจ่ายยอดค้างชําระเมื่อท่านเดินทางมาถึงในวันที่ท่านเข้าพัก

สำหรับการจองโดนผ่านช่องทางอัตโนมัติบนเว็บไซต์ของเรา ท่านจะได้รับการติดต่อจากที่รีสอร์ทท่างช่องการโทรหรืออีเมล หลังจากที่เราได้รับการจองของท่านเข้ามา

ณ ปัจจุบัน ทางเรามี 2 ช่องท่างในการชำระเงิน ช่องทางแรกคือการโอนผ่านธนาคาร อีกช่องทางจะเป็นการชำระผ่านลิงค์หากท่านต้องการชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต

นอกเหนือจากนี้ ในการเข้าพักของแต่ละห้อง จะมีค่ามัดจำห้องพัก 1,000 บาทเป็นเงินสดเพื่อประกันความเสียหายและค่าใช่จ่ายเพิ่มเติมระหว่างการเข้าพัก เราจะคืนเงินจำนวนนี้ให้ท่านตอนท่านเช็คเอาท์

นโยบายการยกเลิก

Any deposit or amount paid in advance will not and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

If you wish to change the dates of your stay, please do so by contacting the resort directly at least 7 days before the original date of arrival.

Choosing new dates may be limited based on the resort’s current availability and dynamic pricing. Price differences are to be expected. Your new period of stay has to take place within 3 months with respect to the original booking.

การจองที่ผ่านการชำระแล้วจะไม่สามารถทำการรีฟันด์ได้

หากท่านต้องการเปลี่ยนวันที่เข้าพัก ท่านสามารถทำได้หนึ่งครั้งโดยติดต่อรีสอร์ทโดยตรงเป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 7 วันก่อนวันที่ท่านจะต้องเดินทางมาถึงตามช่วงเวลาที่ท่านจองไว้ตอนแรก

การเลือกวันเข้าพักใหม่อาจมีความจำกัดขึ้นอยู่กับความว่างของห้องพักและราคาที่มีการปรับเปลี่ยนตามฤดูกาลอยู่ตลอดเวลา อาจมีส่วนต่างเกิดขึ้นและจำเป็นต้องเกิดขึ้นภายใน 3 เดือนของช่วงเวลาที่ท่านจะเข้าพักกับการจองครั้งแรก
