The apartments offer everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Our apartment complex sleeps a maximum of 27 people and consists of 1 x studio room, 1 x 2B/R Apt, 1 x Premium 2B/R Apt and 2 x 3B/R Apartments. Each of our apartments has something different to offer, but one thing they do have in common is lots of space, natural light and a beautiful sea breeze. Free WIFI is available for all guests.

The apartments are very spacious, and most face north, allowing for lots of natural light, a nice cross breeze not to mention great views of Jervis Bay from the balconies. Each apartment has it’s own private courtyard with BBQ and outdoor table setting, perfect for entertaining on those warm summer nights! If you don’t feel like eating in, leave your keys behind and take a walk down Owen Street where you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, wine bars and the newly renovated pub “The Huskisson”.

Dolphin and Whale Watching Cruises are just metres away, as are the famous white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay.

The room includes a quality queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps, flat screen TV, DVD player, alarm clock/ipod stereo, luggage & hanging racks, small table and chairs, kitchenette and bathroom. The apartment spans over 3 floors with the master bedroom on it’s own level complete with ensuite bathroom. The spacious layout and modern furniture creates a comfortable relaxed beach side atmosphere, while you are also spoilt with great views of Jervis Bay and Currambene Creek from the middle and top floor. The apartment is ideal for those with small children/infants or for the elderly. Entry is via ground floor where the laundry facilities are located and you then continue up one flight of stairs to the rest of the apartment that is spread across one floor. Once you have accessed the first floor, there are no further stairs making it easier to get around all living and bedroom areas. These entry stairs can be blocked off with a baby gate (supplied).

The apartment has great cross ventilation as well as reverse cycle air conditioning. The apartment consists of a full kitchen, large open plan lounge room and dining room with double sliding door access to a large north facing outdoor courtyard complete with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. There is also free WIFI for all guests.

The main bathroom is complete with separate bath and shower and the bedrooms consist of a master queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom with balcony facing Owen Street, and a third bedroom with double and single bed.

Terms & Conditions

• Check-in is from 2pm and check out is strictly 10am. If an early check-in or late check-out is available it must be pre-approved by Nautilus Management prior to stay.

• The guest must report any damages, breakages or lost items (including keys or remote) to Nautilus Apartments management. The security deposit (bond) for each apartment is set at $1000 and the Studio Room is set at $500. When making this booking you are authorising Nautilus Management to act on this bond to cover any damage or loss caused to the premises or the contents by the guest during the stay. The guest will be advised accordingly via email of any claim being made on their bond.

• The guest agrees to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner on departure. This includes all dishes washed and put away, garbage disposed of in bins provided, furniture left in original position and BBQ cleaned on departure if used. Excess cleaning fee’s are charged at $45p/hr. If a BBQ is not cleaned, a fee of $45 will be charged to the guests credit card. Please treat the property like it's your own.

• Nautilus Apartments has a strict No Party Policy, No Smoking Policy (within the building or courtyard areas) and a No Pets Policy. We operate a 10pm noise curfew on all of the outdoor courtyard areas. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the guest’s stay and forfeit of any rental tariff paid which may also include the security deposit.

• The guest agrees to allow Maintenance to enter the premises to arrange any necessary maintenance repairs. If needed, the guest will be advised accordingly.

• In regards to telephone and email enquiries, our descriptions are made in good faith.

Payment Policy

Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 1% fee. Alternatively you can contact us direct via email or phone to make a booking.

Upon making a booking, a 50% deposit is due to secure the booking. The balance is taken 14 days prior to your arrival at the property PLEASE NOTE: If the booking is within the upcoming month then full payment will be taken at the time of booking from the credit card. Check-in instructions for the property will then be emailed to you 7 days out from your arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT (BOND):
When making this booking you are authorising Nautilus Apartments management to hold these credit card details for the security deposit which is $1000 (per apartment) and $500 for the Studio Room. Nautilus Management is authorised to spend funds from the bond to cover damage or loss caused to the premises or contents by the guest during the stay. The guest will be advised accordingly via email or phone of any claim being made on their security bond deposit.

Cancellation Policy

It is strongly advised that guests carry suitable travel insurance that covers cancellations. Although we will be as flexible as possible with guests requests where we can, refunds are not permitted for circumstances including, Illness, change of plans and/or disruption to transport, a lack of access to local attractions (if closed), or other environmental impacts outside of our control.

All Bookings:
Cancellations within 28 days of arrival will forfeit total deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit full payment. All cancellation requests must be in writing and will incur a $50 admin fee.

Elite Energy Tri-athlon (FEB):
Due to the high demand of this w/end each year, any cancellation prior to arrival will lose the full deposit payment, unless we can re-rent the apartment. In the event that we can re-rent the apartment, we will refund the deposit minus the $50 admin fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the full payment. No exceptions to the rule.
