Terms & Conditions

Self-Check In
All villas and the historic Clemenger's Cottage have self-check-in facilities, allowing guests to arrive, check in to their villa and leave, without having to go into a common reception area. Before your booked arrival we will contact you by SMS with details on how to check into your villa, with details on the code and how to enter it. If there are any difficulties checking in on arrival you can contact us on 0478 088 960 for guidance, or as a second option, Lana on 0401 946 282.

Inclusions
All rates at The Nest include complimentary tea and coffee, as well as complimentary breakfast provisions to create the breakfast you desire at a time that is best for you (each suite at The Nest is fully self-contained with kitchen and dining facilities).

Extras
Each suite is stocked with bottled water.

Arrival & Departure
Your accommodation is available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please be ready to leave your accommodation by no later than 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations
The Nest would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Damages and Breakages
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit/ debit card, or we may send you an invoice, for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. We may make an additional charge if you did not report this.

Liability
We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Children
Many of our suites are infant/child friendly and we can provide a cot and high chair if needed. Two of our villas (Kestrel and Rosella) are two story and have a flight of stairs that may represent a problem for very young children.

Room Occupancy
Our Villas and Suites are set up with a range of configurations. If you have a family or party and need assistance or clarification on bed configurations and options, please call. Both Rosella and Kestrel villas are two story, with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. For older guests this is sometimes not enjoyed so let us know and we can see if there is a room available that is on one level.

Pets
Sorry, we cannot accept pets.

Data
Any data gathered during the course of your booking may be held on computer. We execute appropriate protection of all personal information provided.

Payment Policy

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic we do not take payment for cottage/villa bookings at time of booking and only process the credit card on the day of check in.

For large group bookings such as weddings we require 50% deposit approximately 1 month in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We no longer take payment at time of booking. This means cancellation is easier for all.

If you need to cancel -- please give us as much notice as possible as a courtesy.

If there is less than 1 day's notice before arrival date - cancellation fee is 100% of total amount as we have little chance of getting a replacement booking.
