- No gambling
- Guests are liable for losses, damages, and injuries that may occur in the property
- No smoking in bed
- Pool is open from 6 AM to 10 PM
- No food and drinks in the pool
- Swim at your own risk
- Visitors can use the pool for a fee of PHP 250 per day
- Visitors can only stay until 11 PM; otherwise, they will be considered as an extra guest (PHP 750 per night per person)

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
