A members’ lodge open to skiers and snowboarders of all levels, our rates make skiing and snow boarding accessible to anyone.
We take pride in our lodge and whilst it is basic, it is clean, warm and functional.
The lodge is operated by the members and when you stay there will be a member as a duty manager they will ensure your stay is comfortable
Our facilities are shared and we encourage our members to cooperate with each other in all aspects of club life.

Terms & Conditions
Before you make your booking, here are a few things you should know!
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. All accommodation is subject to availability. Rates prices can be withdrawn or varied at any time and without notice.
LINEN AND TOWELS ARE AN INCLUSION IN YOU PER ROOM RATE. Please let us know you if linen has not been allocated to your bed, by contacting our Duty member manager.
PLEASE CHECK THE DRYING ROOM DOOR FOR YOUR FINAL ROOM ALLOCATION or speak to our Duty member manager.
We are a club lodge with 16 beds and you are required to cook for yourself and clean your room before you leave.
We have a fully functional communal kitchen and on occasions, all guests will cook a communal meal for all to enjoy
Doonas and pillows are provided for you. Please note that for hygiene reasons every person must use sheets when sleeping in their allocated room. Linen and towels are included in your room rate. If sheets have not been allocated to you please talk to our duty member or one of the members to make sure you have received a set for your bed.
There are four bedrooms in our lodge. Rooms are booked for a minimum of 2 night. When you book a room, you book all four beds. Our Duty member Manager will allocate your room. Please view the whiteboard when you arrive to check the room that has been allocated.
Our Booking Officer is a volunteer. You can make his life infinitely easier if you book and pay online. We've installed an online booking system with secure online credit card payment via PayPal. We've tried to make it simple for you to do. If you book and pay online, your booking is immediately confirmed! If you wish to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer then you will need to book via our Booking Officer - firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each booking is for a room over a continuous number of days. If you have party members coming or going during your whole stay, then you will need to make separate bookings for each of those intermediate periods, to avoid paying for unused beds. Please note that room rates per night are the same for both Adults and Children.
You will receive a confirmation email which will provide you with the Door Code that you will need to punch into the keypad upon your arrival
We respect and are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information.
We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, either in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased accommodation. We do not accept any liability in contract, or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
If you have booked online, via Paypal then consider this invoice an acceptance and confirmation of your booking.

Our preference is that you pay prior to arrival by EFT
Where group bookings are being made, 50% of fee is to be paid upon booking and the remainder of the payment must be made via our Booking Officer and can be made via EFT. Full payment must be made 48hrs prior to booking date. For EFT Transfers please pay into the following account

You may cancel your booking without cost if the first day of your planned visit is more than 30 days in the future.
You will be credited for any payment you have made for the booking, which may be applied to any other booking you have or intend to make.
If you require a refund, please notify the Booking Officer - email@example.com.
Please avoid making an online cancellation if your intention is only to change some aspect of the booking. Contact the Booking Officer instead.
If you cancel your booking within 30 days of your planned visit, then you will only receive a 50% credit.
There is no refund if you cancel a booking within seven (7) days of your arrival.
Nutcracker honours the Mt Buller Snow Guarantee. If all lifts are shut during your planned stay, then the rate you pay will automatically be reduced to full members rates for those days, even if you are already on the mountain. You will be credited or refunded the difference.
