Terms & Conditions

The resort is intended for relaxation and the enjoyment of nature, please be respectful of other guests' privacy and enjoyment.. We ask that all guests refrain from any loud music and entertaining in the glampsite and operate a STRICT 10PM NOISE CURFEW. If staff have to visit your bungalow to enforce this you may be asked to leave the resort, or room charges may be applied. Please ask us for options if you wish to use cafe or communal areas in the evening.
All rates at the time of booking are correct and current and cannot be changed once booking has been made.
A two night minimum applies on most weekends. A 3 or 4 night minimum can apply over peak periods.
Each Bungalow can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Prices are based on 2 adults only. Bedding arrangements for additional guests are upon request and need to be confirmed with management before arrival. Additional adults and children will be accommodated on the bungalow's sofa bed and charged accordingly. The twin ‘Tent Suite’ can accommodate a maximum of four people in the king tent and 2 guests only in the queen tent.
Children MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times. There is no charge for infants under the age of 2 but we do not provide high chairs or cots - you will need to bring with you everything that you need for your infant. Please consider your neighbours when bringing babies glamping. All parents must be aware that the bungalows have a small drop around the edge of the deck and are in an area with an un-fenced body of deep water. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian. If a guest is found to be a person under the age of 18 who is not accompanied by a responsible adult, management may immediately cancel the guest’s booking and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
Check in time is at 3pm. Check out time is at 10:00am. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and strictly by prior arrangement.
Accommodation is 'room only' and king bed unless otherwise stated. A Breakfast Hamper is included as advertised.
Rooms will be serviced mid stay on stays of 3 nights or longer. A linen change will be offered on stays of 6 nights or longer. Requests for servicing outside these guidelines may be subject to an additional service charge. In between services and on departure, we ask that guests keep the rooms tidy with all rubbish in bins, all food in the fridge, wrapped or in containers, and dishes and glassware washed. Where rooms are in a severe state of disarray, where there are more occupants than have been paid for, or where any guest has been smoking, our housekeepers will service the room and further charges will be made to your room account.
Olio Bello is a fully operational working farm and 100% Certified Organic, with abundant wildlife and stock. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. Please make alternative arrangements for your pets when staying with us.
Due to fire restrictions and organic status, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
The property has a large un-fenced dam which is not suitable for swimming or recreational activities.
As a Certified Organic property some areas of the farm are strictly private property and not available to guests. NO drone usage without explicit agreement of management. NO driving of vehicles outside the glampsite and public areas. Please refer to maps provided and signage. A strict 5km hour speed zone is set, for the safety of all guests.
Accommodation provided is strictly for guests only. Guests are welcome to entertain their visitors in the Cafe area during daylight hours, but must receive approval by Olio Bello management, prior to visitors entering the Accommodation area.
An after hours number is available for immediate issues when glamping staff are not available, but we do not offer 24hr concierge services.
Our bungalows are split into LAKEFRONT and LAKE VIEW BUNGALOWS, all offering the same standard of facilities.

Payment Policy

Payment for the full amount of your reservation will be deducted from your credit card within 24 hours of booking.
A valid credit card number will be required as a security bond.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or amendment to the booking may be made up to 14 days prior to arrival for a 10% administration fee.
Within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be made.

Over peak times: cancellation or amendment to the booking may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival for a 10% admin fee. Within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be made.

There are no refunds for early departures. We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes to your travel plans.
