- Hotel Policy :
1) Check-in time is 14: 00 and check-out time is 12:00.
2) All check-in guests must present ID card or passport upon arrival.
3) Security deposit of THB 1,000 will be required by cash upon arrival.
- Child Policy:
1) Children under 3 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. A complimentary child's light breakfast is included.
2) Children from 4 to 12 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. A child's breakfast is compulsory charge at THB 250 per meal.
3) For extra person, only 1 child is allowed to stay in one room.
- Pet Policy:
Pet is not allowed.
- Smoking Policy:
1) All guest rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking area.
2) Smoking outside the designed area will be subjected to THB 2,000 fine.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to confirm the booking. If the payment is completed by credit card, the cardholder is requested to present the credit card for verification in person on check in process with ID card.
Cancellation Policy
01 APR - 31 OCT: Cancellation/ amendment made less than 7 days prior arrival subject to full amount charge.
01 NOV - 31 MAR: Cancellation/ amendment made less than 21 days prior arrival subject to full amount charge.
21 DEC - 15 JAN: Cancellation/ amendment made less than 30 days prior arrival subject to full amount charge.
