Your private luxury 5 bedroom beachfront Villa. Located on the beautiful island of Nusa Lembongan Island, a 20 to 30 minutes boat ride from Bali by public boat. If you would like to get there quicker in 15 to 20 minutes, take Kai Koa, an 8 seat boat which can also drop you off as close as possible to Opera Villa.

Opera Villa is perfectly located overlooking all of the main surf breaks on the island and you can walk down to Coconuts Beach in less than 1 minute. From there paddle out to the famous 'Playgrounds' surf break. We are walking distance to the village, local shops and a central location for water sports, Stand up Paddle Boarding, Snorkeling and Surfing.

Spectacular views across the ocean with 20 meter private infinity pool, butler staff, private cook with inhouse menu. Along with a boat captain who will come to the villa and personally arrange any water activities you wish for. Balinese in room massage service, babysitting service, cocktails beside the pool, private yoga, classes.

All bookings are for accommodation purposes only.
Guest rooms and the villa or the facilities are unable to be used for gatherings, parties or events of any size other than in the booking details unless with direct written confirmation from the Villa on an events basis booking. No refunds shall be provided should the guests not meet these requirements.

No animals / pets allowed on property.

Indonesian Government Hygiene and Cleanliness
At our Villa, guests comfort, health and safety are always our primary concern, and we would like to reassure our guests that we have high standards of health and safety in place.

Opera Villa has recently been certified and inspected by the Indonesian government in CHSE. Which stands for Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environment.

As part of our commitment, kindly refer to some of our measures below to reassure you of the actions we are taking to protect the health and safety of our guests and team.

• The completion of Health Declaration Form completed during check in for any guests who have been overseas within the last 14 days.
• Hand Washing Area + Sanitizer Available
• Masks to be available on request
• Cleaning/disinfecting in the entrance and welcoming areas of the Villa are done at least twice daily.
• Hand sanitizers in place place with signs reminding guests on the importance of washing hands.
• Indoor and Outdoor tables and all chairs cleaned with disinfectant after guest use
• All kitchens are thoroughly disinfected and cleaned after use to ensure cleanliness and food safety
• If there is any guest with COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath and respiratory problems), the Villa Manager will assist the guest according to the official protocol by the Government.
• Telephone Numbers of medical facilities and local services on the island are provided to all guests in the guest compendium.

Payment Policy

A 20% non refundable deposit is required to hold the villa.

Full payment is required no less than 60 days prior to arrival.

A security damage bond may be charged to your credit card and refunded upon your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Any promotional rates are valid for new bookings only. You are unable to change to a promotional rate with a current booking.

Your credit card will be required at time of booking, but we will not charge your card. At this time we can only accept bank transfer to either an AUD currency to New Zealand Bank account or IDR bank account.

During your stay any minibar, food, beverage and any activity items can added to a bill for your group. Upon check out payment can be made with cash. Safe deposit boxes are provided in all bedrooms please keep cash and personal or valuable items here.

Cancellation Policy

Changes of dates are permitted if you move the booking no less than 60 days before the original travel date. Subject to any rate difference.

Bookings are unable to be changed to a lower rate if a current booking already exists.

The booking date can only be changed to an alternative date within 4 months of the original booking date.

An amendment fee of Rp1.500.000 applies for each change (outside of 60 days prior to travel). The amendment fee needs to be paid within 24 hours of making the new change.

No changes are permitted within 59 days of travel.

Changes are subject to any rate difference. If the trip is downgraded to a lower rate, no refunds or credits are provided.
Any higher rate difference to be paid by the guest.

Date changes can only be made twice during a 6 month period. - from the date of the original booking.

Please refer to your travel insurance policy for cover on any acts of nature i.e. Earthquake, Floods, Pandemics, flight or booking cancellations. Travel insurance is recommended and we will refer you to your travel policy should you need to cancel your booking. We can issue you with a cancellation letter.
