Conditions générales

Non-Refundable Rates - All bookings made on non-refundable rate plans the full payment for your reservation will be taken at time of booking.

Flexible Rate Plans - For bookings made outside of 60 days prior to arrival a security deposit of 1 Nights accommodation is due at time of booking. Balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival or on booking whichever occurs first.

All reservations include a complimentary one way arrival airport transfer. We will ask for flight arrival details on confirmation of your reservation.

Non-Refundable Rates - On booking confirmation full payment for your reservation will be charged to the credit card entered when making your booking.

Flexible Rates - On booking confirmation a security deposit equivalent to 1 Nights accommodation will be charged. Balance payment for your reservation will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Balance payment will be automatically processed on the credit card used when making the reservation unless alternate payment arrangements have been made.

Politique d'annulation

Non Refundable Rates - Reservations made on this rate plan are non-refundable, one free date change is permitted, subject to availability and any difference in rates to new dates is applicable.

Flexible Rates - Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge and any monies taken will be refunded to the payment the original deposit was secured from.

Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking value.

We recommend that you take out an adequate travel insurance policy to cover you for unforeseen circumstances and cancellations. We also recommend reviewing government entry requirements if you are travelling from overseas.
