Pacific Palms Luxury Villa offers a secluded haven of relaxation and privacy.
The Villa is self-catering and is only a moments walk to the beautiful turquoise lagoon, cafes, restaurants, convenience store & rental car hire.
It features 3 separate bedrooms each with their own en-suite, ceiling fans, walk in wardrobes, 65'' TV, air-conditioning unit with king size bed or option to split into singles. It also features a large open plan living area with a modern kitchen, dining and multimedia entertainment setup. There is a large indoor/outdoor flow to the out side patio area joining to large pool & lush tropical gardens.

Pacific Palms Luxury Villa has three private well appointed rooms accommodating up to 6 adults, each room also features king size beds (option to split into 2x singles), air-conditioning, en-suite featuring a rainfall shower & walk through wardrobe. The spacious main living area boosts large glass sliding doors designed to bring the outdoors in, designer kitchen, laundry, large living/dining area & a mineralised swimming pool. The Villa also has large patio and covered deck areas that face out towards a lush tropical garden.

Bookings are not confirmed until deposit/full payment has been paid/ received by Pacific Palms Luxury Villa.

Guests can pre book an early check in or a late check, please contact us directly for availability & fees.
A fee may apply for late departures if no prior arrangements are made.
Extended stays over 14 days may request a special rate on application.
Children under 12 years FREE of charge.
If you would like us to arrange your airport transfers please send us an email with your flight number and we can book this on your behalf. $20 per person each way payable direct to your driver.
Wifi available with a Vodafone voucher purchase.

Payment Policy
NON REFUNDABLE: Payment to be made in full at time of booking. No Changes, modifications or Cancellations allowed.
STANDARD :
To secure a booking we require a credit card and 50% deposit of total accommodation booked or full amount of accommodation at time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% must be paid/or will be charged to the credit card provided 30 days prior to arrival date.
Payments can be made by Visa, Master card and Direct payment into Pacific Palms nominated NZ bank account: 15-3953-0713978-27. If payment is to be paid directly into a NZ account please state this in the comment box provided at the time of booking. Note: a service administration fee will be charged at 3% on Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy
PREPAY/NON-REFUNDABLE RATE (6 pax): Accommodation to be prepaid in full at time of reservation. No changes, cancellations or refunds permitted.
STANDARD RATE (6 pax):
Our cancellation and non-arrival policy applies to all bookings. Cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellations received 61 days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit less an administration fee of 15%.
Cancellations received between 31 - 60 days of arrival will be charged a 50% of the total booking. Less 15% administration fee.
Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
*Cancellations/Changes to Bookings made by Pacific Palms Luxury Villa: Whilst we endeavour to provide all facilities advertised we will not be liable for compensation in the event we are forced to provide limited services, cancel or change your booking in any way as a result of situations outside our control which we could not foresee or avoid such as civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, fire or flooding or any COVID19 related disruptions. We highly recommend that all guests have travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
