Terms & Conditions

Booking conditions:
• All prices quoted include GST and are subject to availability and change
• No pets are allowed in Accomodation
• Room Dining is available subject to restaurant hours.
• Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or on balconies, non-compliance will result in a
$550.00 cleaning fees
• We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card.

Please note:
Pasadena is not a hotel. We are a boutique accommodation where we run as a restaurant and an events venue downstairs. This does mean on some occasions a Wedding or Event may occur at the time of your stay, this will be noted on our website at www.pasadenasydney.com. All events cease at 11pm.

Party Policy
Zero tolerance party policy.
In the interest of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests within the accomodation, a no party policy applies to all guests staying at the property.
Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests at all times, and to be quiet between 9pm-7am.
No group congregations in individual guest rooms is permitted or tolerated. Immediate eviction with no refund applies to any breaches of this policy.

Location Instructions:
Pasadena is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential or economic loss or damage. Parking is at guests own risk and any damage is not Pasadena’s responsibility.
Pasadena does NOT have a lift currently at this stage but this is something we are working on for the future.

Check-In time is from 2:00pm
Check-Out time is strictly 10:00am
Late checkout is subject to availability and will be dependant on upcoming reservations. Additional charges apply. Late check out of 1:00pm and after, will be charged a full nights stay.

Payment Policy:
Full Payment will be taken from provided credit card 72 hours prior to check in.
Christmas Period of accommodation will have a 50% non-refundable deposit.

American Express (1.80% surcharge)
Mastercard & Visa (1.40 % surcharge)
Union Pay (2.20% surcharge)

Guaranteed Reservations:
Upon making a reservation, you will be required to provide a valid credit card. Full Payment will be taken from this provided credit card 72 hours prior to check in. If funds are not available at this time we serve the right to cancel this reservation. If an alternate payment method is preferred, you will need to contact reception directly prior to 72 hours. Until payment has been received no reservation can be guaranteed.

Parking:
Pasadena is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential or economic loss or damage. Parking is at guests own risk and any damage is not Pasadena’s responsibility.We have limited parking spaces available. Max one space per room. An additional cost of $25 is charged per night.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
If your reservation(s) or accommodation services are changed or cancelled the following fees apply:
• Within 72 Hours of your arrival date 100% of the total amount is forfeited
• Bookings during Christmas Period require a 50% deposit taken out on 1st of December which is a non refundable deposit and will not be reissued if the reservation is cancelled at any time.
• All cancellation/s must be received in writing and in response you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation from our bookings system

Pasadena regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Pasadena users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.

Collection of Information:
In order to use the Pasadena Sydney’s website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including email and contact number.
Any information collected by Pasadena is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website.Any details collected from Pasadena customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our team development.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

Pasadena Security Policy:
Pasadena uses the ANZ Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. ANZ processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the ANZ gateway are secured payments.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within ANZ bank-grade data centre, further
protecting your credit card data.
• ANZ is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
• ANZ at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card
to the merchant account held by Pasadena, Sydney.

Payment Policy

Mini bar items will be charged to the card on file the day departing from the property.

Christmas Period of accommodation will have a 50% non-refundable deposit on the 1st of December.

Group Bookings for 5+ rooms will require 20% non refundable deposit on the day of booking.
