Thank you for choosing to book your camping stay at Peedamulla Campground. We look forward to welcoming you to our ‘perfect place to stop, camp & relax’. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with Jundaru Aboriginal Corporation trading as Peedamulla Campground.

PRICES
The price quoted is per campsite per night for 2 adults, infants (free of charge) and up to 2 children aged 5 to 15 years. Each additional person incurs a fee of $10 per night. Maximum 8 persons including infants per campsite. We have the right to alter prices at any time. However, prices stated on the booking confirmation will be honoured. The Camping fee includes use of the covered barbecue area, communal fire pit and unisex toilets and showers.
Only one camping unit is allowed per camp site. A camping unit is defined as a motor home, caravan, camper trailer, camper van or tray-back camper each having one or more permanent sleeping structures. A camp site may have a maximum of one camping unit and one small tent OR zero camping units and a maximum of three tents accommodating a maximum of 8 persons.

The registered occupant, as listed in the campground registry, must be 18 years of age or older and is responsible for activities at his/her site.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT
A deposit of $35.00 per unpowered site and $50.00 per powered site is required at the time of booking with the balance payable upon arrival. All bookings are confirmed by email and any additional information may be sent at that time.
In the event of a ‘no show’ a pre-paid site will be held for 24hours from the proposed check-in time and then released for use by others if required. The ‘no show’ booking will be cancelled after the 24hr period and all fees including the deposit will be retained.

WEATHER
When rain falls, our roads become impassable and we will contact guests prior to arrival as soon as possible to organise a refund. Should you already be at the camp and it rains, please contact the camp host prior to departing to check if the road is open. We will organise an additional nights stay to ensure you have a place to be however you may not be able to leave the campground as you will damage the road. There is a cost for recovery of $1000 to recover campers who have become bogged or stranded. This cost goes partway towards repairs to the road.

CAMP FIRES
Camp fires are permitted at the communal fire pits only. No camp fires, fire buckets, or coal fires at individual camp sites. Collecting fire wood anywhere on Peedamulla Station is prohibited. The communal fire pit is for the enjoyment of all guests staying at the campground.

GREY WATER
Camping units that do not contain or store grey water (i.e. water waste from sinks & washing outlets) shall distribute the grey water to vegetated areas away from the campsite. No grey water is to be discharged onto campsites.

DOGS
Dogs are allowed, however, they must remain on a leash at all times and the dog’s owner must remove any dog waste without delay.

CHILDREN
Children under 5 years of age are free. Children aged 15 years and under are not to be left unsupervised at the campground.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Upon arrival please proceed directly to the campground. Camp sites are available from 2.00pm on the day of the booking, unless otherwise arranged.
Please vacate your camp site by 10.00am unless otherwise arranged. Late check-out is subject to site availability or alternatively, upon request, you are welcome to make use of the communal facilities.

SMOKING
Please do not smoke in or around the communal area.

DAMAGE & BREAKAGES
Please take care when staying at Peedamulla Campground. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that you cause. Please report any incidents when they occur. We may charge an additional fee for repair or making good or replacement of broken items.
Please leave your camp site clean and tidy. You may incur an additional charge for cleaning or repairing a camp site if left unreasonably dirty or left unfit for use by the next guests.

NOISE
We request that noise is kept to a minimum after 9.00 pm. Please do not play any music including musical instruments after 9pm.

ADDITIONAL DAY / EVENING GUESTS
Please ensure that any guests visiting your booked site leave the campground by 9:00pm. We will charge a $10 per night fee for each staying guest that is not included on the registry of a booked site.

RECYCLING & WASTAGE
Guests are requested to place all rubbish into the bins provided. Please use water wisely and we politely ask that you refrain from filling your ‘bulk’ water tanks as we have limited supplies of fresh water.

LIABILITY
Parking is available for up to two vehicles on each camp site and all vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk. We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your travel party or their possessions whilst at Peedamulla Campground.

PRIVACY POLICY
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer. We will not provide any data or information to third parties.

OTHER
All descriptions of the campground and property are made in good faith and no responsibility can be accepted for errors and omissions. However we welcome visitor’s comments and any genuine complaint will be given due consideration.

We cannot accept responsibility for personal items left on the premises. Any such items will be held for three months whilst endeavoring to return the items at the owner’s expense.

Guests are not permitted to plug any device into electrical outlets within the communal area.

Payment Policy

PAYMENT
Payment is online only.

The price quoted is per campsite per night for up to 2 adults, infants and 2 children age 5 to 15 years. Additional persons over 15 years of age incur an additional fee of $10 per night.

Cancellation Policy

Any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival is non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we have to close the campground (due to inclement weather for example) or cancel the booking for any reason outside our control we shall offer a full refund. Peedamulla Campground is not liable for any consequential loss that may be incurred by the guest due to these circumstances and is not liable to provide alternative accommodation.

COVID 19 Policy:

o Peedamulla Campground is owned by Jundaru Aboriginal Corporation. As an Aboriginal community, we have an obligation to protect our vulnerable residents from COVID-19. As such we will only accept bookings from travellers that will be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (or have an approved medical exemption as listed on the Australian Immunisation Register) by the date of arrival.
o You will be required to show proof of vaccination (or approved medical exemption) prior to entering the campground.

o If you do not comply with the requirement to provide proof of vaccination, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your booking or refuse entry to the campground, at our absolute discretion.
o If you have tested positive for Covid-19 or are otherwise required to self-isolate by the WA Department of Health, you must notify us at the earliest opportunity. Any customers who are subject to self-isolation requirements will not be permitted to enter the campground.
o If you present with an elevated temperature or other symptoms of Covid-19, we may in our absolute discretion:
- Refuse entry to the campground
- Request that you wear a face mask or other protective equipment
- Request that you undertake a Rapid Antigen Test
- Request that you leave the campground at the earliest possible and safest opportunity.
o If you are unable to complete your stay at the campground because of self-isolation requirements or presenting with symptoms of Covid-19, you may choose between receiving credit for the unused portion of your stay, or receiving a refund for the unused portion of your stay. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights or accommodation.
o Where you are required to cancel due to travel restrictions other than vaccination or testing requirements, you can apply for a refund or credit note (to be used at a later time). We reserve the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given.
