Check-in is from 3pm (It is usually okay if you want to arrive earlier than 3pm and you may have the room as soon as it is ready)

We wish to remain flexible for your arrival time, but it is difficult for us to always be here for your arrival. We're usually here to meet you between 3pm to 7pm . However, if for some reason we are not here when you arrive, please look on the white board just inside the front doors for your name and your room details or give me a call or text on +64 21867442

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is requested to confirm a booking, with the balance due on arrival.

Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

We can accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Internet Banking.

Credit Card -
50% deposit will be charged to the credit card provided. (A 4% bank fee applies to all credit card transactions.)
If you wish to pay by cash on arrival this can be can be fully refunded including the 4% bank fee

Cancellation Policy

Because of our intimate size cancellations affect us significantly.
In the event of cancellation the following charges may apply:
-Within 7 days of arrival 50% of total reservation and
-Within 24 hours and non arrivals 100%.
