Terms & Conditions

Check in is between 2:00 - 8:00pm. The guest will be contacted in the morning of arrival to confirm approximate check in time. Please make sure the mobile phone number you provide is the one you will be using during your stay.
Check-Out by 10:00am.

Due to Local Council/Insurance regulations, group functions, parties, visitors and entertaining on the premises cannot be accommodated. A breach of this condition will result in guests being required to vacate the premises immediately, without refund.

An extra charge of an amount in our discretion may be made in relation to additional cleaning, theft, damage or misuse of the premises or contents and such extra charge may be debited to the guests’ credit card.

Smoking and the use of candles is not allowed on the property.
A sanitisation fee of one additional night’s accommodation will be charged where smoking occurs within a guest room.

Pirralilla Estate is an exclusive private destination and does not accommodate children.
Our rooms accommodate two adults only and there is no capacity for cots or extra beds.

Pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at time of booking.
A 2% surcharge applies for Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express, Diners or JCB.

Cancellation Policy

The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation. Cancellations within 28 days of check- in date with forfeit all monies.
If the guest fails to cancel their reservation and does not check in they will be charged for the entire reservation.

For bookings made after 23 November 2021 the cancellation policy will be applied to any reservations unable to be fulfilled due to COVID 19 restrictions.

We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to cancellation, illness, injury, death, loss of luggage and inability to travel due to a CFS catastrophic fire rating warning.
