Cabilao is a triangular shaped island with a total area of 7.2 square meters, west of the main island of
Bohol facing Cebu. Diving is favorable the whole year round. The island known to have a very healthy and

Travelling to the resort is easy; it is approximately 1 hour ride from Tagbilaran airport to Mocpoc pier and
less than 30-minute boat ride to the Resort. There are seven flights daily from Manila. It is also accessible
from Cebu and Dumaguete via ferry.

Note: Over and above the minimum capacity of has an additional charge of Php 1,500.00/night/pax for 1 extra bed and Php 1,200.00/night/pax for 1 extra mattress and it includes breakfast.
0-4 years old – free of charge with breakfast
5-12 years old – 50% charge for the extra with breakfast
13 years old and above – consider as adult
Airport Transfer: Kindly advise us if seaport/ airport transportation service is required.
• For any transfers amendments or cancellation, the resort requires a minimum 1-day prior notification. Kindly note that the full transfer fee will be imposed
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 12:00 NN
Kindly present one (1) valid Identification Card or passport upon check-in, “NO ID, NO CHECK-IN POLICY”
The hotel reserves the right to cancel booking reservation for non-payment of booking guaranteed.
Bringing of foods and drinks from outside to the resort is not allowed. We have our own restaurant that could cater breakfast, lunch and dinner. And we also prohibit eating inside the room, to avoid ants and other crawling insects.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For changes or cancellations of direct bookings less 45 days before arrival, the following cancellation costs will be charged:
45 – 31 days before arrival 25% of the invoice
30 – 15 days before arrival 50% of the invoice
14 – 0 days before arrival/ no show 100% of the invoice
Down payment and cancellation policy for groups (8 persons / 4 and more rooms):
120 days before arrival as down payment 30% of the invoice
60 – 31 days before arrival 60% of the invoice
30 – 0 days before arrival / no show 100% of the invoice
If few people of a group booking cancel, but the majority (80%) of the group members are traveling as planned, we use the normal cancellation policy (as method above).
Cancellation due to force majeure (i.e. typhoon) will not be refunded but maybe rescheduled as advised and approved by the hotel’s management and depending on room availability.
