"Deborah's House" is one of only four houses at Railei Beach Club located directly on the beachfront.

This 2 bedroom house sleeps up to 8 people. The main house and living area have a large open floor and loads of deck space. The bathroom has a huge open shower area. It has a newer modern kitchen with a 4-burner stove-top and oven. The additional master bedroom and second bedroom are separate, each having a private bath with showers also open to the sky. These two rooms are connected to the main house by a short walkway. Two additional queen beds are tucked away in the back of the large living area for extra sleep space.

Sleeping arrangements: The master bedroom with a sea view and deck, has a king bed and air-conditioning. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The two queen beds are separated from the living room by tall wooden accordion style dividers.

The main house with two queen beds can be rented alone for up to 4 people at a reduced rate, contact us for availability.

Great location with stunning sea and cliff views! This is one of only four rental homes at Railei Beach Club located directly on the beachfront. Baan Samarinda has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open plan living room with a kitchen and large sea-front deck with lounge chairs, built-in benches, and an outdoor dining set. There is a second shady and covered deck off the master bedroom with 2 lounge chairs perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views and sea breezes.

All four bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Baan Wolfgang 6 Main House Book

"Wolfgang's House" is located 50m from Railay Beach with lots of large trees and cool shade. Rate reductions valid for stays through Oct. 2021.

The Main House 6M has one beautifully furnished bedroom with a portable air-conditioner, and a small attached side-room (fan only) with a Thai style wooden sofa/bed & pad suitable for a child to sleep, small adult or used for a maid room. See photo. There's also one bathroom & a large partially covered deck upstairs, with a sofa/bench & chairs around a coffee table, plus reclining chairs. It has a full kitchen & patio on the ground level.

There is a built in wooden ladder to access the sleeping loft. The loft is simply furnished with two single mattresses, two windows and two fans. This is an additional space for sleeping only: We advise use of the ladder may not be suitable for young children. 500 Baht per night per person additional fee for bed set up and linens.

Sleeping arrangements:
The Main House has 1 king-size bed. Two single beds in the loft. A wooden sofa with pad in the side-room can also be made into a bed.

This house also has a large guest wing 6GW available with a king bed to sleep 2 additional guests. It has a separate entrance, or you can pass through the side-room from a rear door where there is a walking bridge connecting both units when rented together. Otherwise, the side room door is locked for your privacy in the main house.

Located 50m from the beach, this is a newer house that is luxuriously furnished and has all of the amenities including a chef's kitchen and TV / DVD player. It has a clear view of the sea from the Master Bedroom and main living areas. It also has a separate Guest Wing that can be rented in addition to the main house for a total of 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms.
The whole house with the guest wing 7GW is ideal for a large family or two families. The layout of the house allows for privacy but has plenty of common space for gatherings.

The Guest Wing of 'Baan Mairead 7GW' sleeps 2 comforably. On the second level, the guest wing has a separate entrance, private deck, bedroom, and a large outdoor bathroom. On the ground level, there is a living room with a TV Monitor, a dining area, and a kitchenette with mini-fridge, hot water kettle, and sink. There are no cooking facilities in this guest wing.

This rental looks down onto the beach built high off the ground. You have commanding views of the sea from the large deck connected to a kitchenette. A covered veranda connects to a semi-open bathroom and shower where you have spectacular views of the limestone karsts and surrounding jungle with langur monkeys swinging in the trees. It is a spacious air-conditioned bedroom with a limited kitchenette, a closet, and an open-air bathroom and shower. There are views of nature all around and you'll enjoy the beauty of the soaring limestone cliffs beyond the trees behind our club. There is one large deck that surrounds two sides of the guest wing. The side facing the cliff is covered and has a table and chairs for dining as well as built-in benches for sitting. The large king-size bed can be separated into two single beds upon request. A sleeping mat can be added for a child. The room has overhead fans, if that is preferred to A/C.

Under the guest wing is a separate living area with a table and stools, hammocks, and lounge chairs. The Guest Wing is a separate house with a separate entrance behind the main house. The two are attached by a long wood walkway with railings and a few stairs.

Baan Saparn 11A Book

'Baan Saparn' means 'Bridge House'. Wing A of Bridge House (#11A @ RBC) has an upstairs master room (A-Up) and also a downstairs spare room (A-Down). A-Up has electric fans and A-Down has air-conditioning. A-Up can be rented alone or together with A-Down. A-Down is not rented alone. The posted rate is for A-up only.

A-Up is an open plan with a spacious living area and a semi-outdoor ensuite bathroom. From the large open deck of Wing A, there is a view of the beach and ocean. In A-Up there is a small beverage fridge and a hot water kettle. Tea, coffee and drinking water are complimentary. There is the possibility of another sleeping area in the loft of A-Up. A-Down also has an ensuite bathroom and has a private mini patio through the back door.

Bridge House is made up of 4 wings and is about 50 meters from West Railay Beach. We built the house in the late 1990s and we are really pleased that our guests also enjoy our dream home. Wing A is the nearest wing of Bridge House to the beach and is connected to the rest of the house by an elevated walkway that passes Wing B onto Wing D. A basic communal kitchen, dining area and house bar are located in Wing D that is also shared by guests staying in other wings at Bridge House.

Our club can arrange for a meal to be made at Bridge House which is laid out in the dining area of the Sala in Wing D at a time of your choice. 24 hours notice is usually required. Soft drinks, beer, wine, and ice can be ordered from our club during office hours. Food shopping can be ordered by email prior to arrival. Our club has a "Sunset Bar" open from 5:30~8:00 each evening. There are a few restaurants and a beach bar on West Railay just a few minutes walk away.

Sleeping arrangements: Wing A (#11A) has 1 queen bed upstairs (A-Up) with the option to make up a single bed in the loft, and 1 double bed downstairs (A-Down) -- Maximum 4 Guests.

Please note the spare bedroom downstairs (A-Down) is connected to the master room upstairs (A-Up) by a stairway located outside the wing. As the downstairs spare room is not a connecting room from the inside to the upstairs master room, we would like to advise you that the downstairs bedroom is not really suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Baan Saapran 11B Book

'Baan Saparn' means 'Bridge House'. Wing B of Bridge House (#11B @ RBC) is an upstairs double bedroom with a semi-outdoor ensuite bathroom and an open deck around two sides of the bedroom. There is a small beverage fridge and a hot water kettle in this room. Tea, coffee and drinking water are complimentary.

Bridge House is made up of 4 wings and is about 50 metres from West Railay Beach. We built the house in the late 1990s and we are really pleased that our guests also enjoy our dream home. Wing B is situated in the tree tops between Wings A and D connected by raised walkways. The communal kitchen, dining area and house bar are located in Wing D that are also shared by guests staying in other wings at Bridge House.

Our club can arrange for a meal to be made at Bridge House which is laid out in the dining area of the Sala in Wing D at a time of your choice. 24 hours notice is usually required. Soft drinks, beer, wine and ice can be ordered from our club during office hours. Food shopping can be ordered by email prior to arrival. Our club has a sunset bar open from 5:30~8:30 each evening. Wing C is located behind Wing D facing the cliffs. The communal kitchen, dining area and house bar are also shared by guests staying in other wings at Bridge House.

Our club can arrange for a meal to be made at Bridge House which is laid out in the dining area of the Sala in Wing D at a time of your choice. 24 hours notice is usually required. Soft drinks, beer, wine and ice can be ordered from our club during office hours. Food shopping can be ordered by email prior to arrival. Our club has a sunset bar open from 5:30~8:30 each evening. There are a few restaurants and a beach bar on West Railay just a few minutes walk away.

One thing we would like to mention regarding the location of Bridge House is that it is located on the Southern border of our Club alongside "Walking Street", where the bars sometimes play music. Some of our guests do not notice the music, whilst other guests are occasionally disturbed by it.

Sleeping arrangements: Wing C (#11C) has 1 queen bed upstairs (C-Up) and 1 double bed downstairs (C-Down) -- Maximum 2 Guests.

Please note the spare bedroom downstairs (C-Down) is connected to the master room upstairs (C-Up) by a stairway located outside the wing. As the downstairs spare room is not a connecting room from the inside to the upstairs master room, we would like to advise you that the downstairs bedroom is not really suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Baan Philippe 12 Book

This luxury house, set among magnificent trees, has been entirely renovated to the highest standards, tastefully decorated with a mix of traditional Thai style and art together with modern amenities. Located under the shade of beautiful jungle trees, very near and at a direct short walking distance to the beachfront, this house has 4 bedrooms, all with large sliding floor-to-ceiling glass windows/doors and air-con. The indoor kitchen/dining has also been remodeled with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and air-conditioning added.
The kitchen has a modern design and new appliances that include a microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The large adjacent dining area, separated from the kitchen by a bar, has a large dining table and 8 chairs.
The living area is covered but open. Each bedroom has an en-suite or adjacent full open-air bathroom with hot water and a large open shower. The upper level (300 m2, 3200 ft2) displays traditional wooden Thai style architecture with three bedrooms, each in a separate wing to give a private feeling. The master bedroom has a large flat-screen TV/DVD player, satellite cable, and a digital piano. The upper level is open air and has a very large covered and uncovered deck with sofas, armchairs, additional large dining tables, umbrellas, benches, and 2 bars connected to the kitchen, all perfect to enjoy the spectacular karst mountain views and for entertaining. The upper level is also equipped with another large flat-screen TV/DVD player and satellite cable. The lower level (300 m2, 3200 ft2) has a large modern bedroom with traditional Thai decoration. The lower level also comprises of several open but covered areas with lounge chairs, sofas, and a bar with an electronic wine cellar. The beautifully appointed main house of Baan Ling (meaning “Monkey House”) is surrounded by lush gardens and unobstructed views of the majestic limestone cliffs. Baan Andaman offers beautiful views of nature and a short walk to the Beach. All living areas are on the upper level. The house is high up from the ground and gives you the feeling of staying in the jungle with all the surrounding trees. The cute langurs will be looking at you gliding through the canopy of trees. There is a large living area with seating, a dining set and spacious kitchenette with hotplate. The 2 simply furnished bedrooms are separated from the living room by a spacious bathroom with a shower open to the sky and views. The 2 bedrooms are separated by an indoor bathroom with a toilet and single sink with direct access from the master bedroom. The large deck has built in benches for seating. "House of Shooting Stars" is located 100 meters from the beach, this house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with views, On the upper level is the living room with TV, a kitchen and large deck area on the upper floor with beautiful cliff views. Located on the ground floor is a third bedroom with a king-size bed (which can be separated into 2 singles, upon request) and a full bathroom. There is also an acoustic guitar to strum on.

Baan Rung Nok 17 Book

One truly feels connected to nature in this house: A bit of an ocean view, huge cliff view, flowering garden.

This spacious two-bedroom home is about 90 m². On the upper level is a large air-conditioned bedroom surrounded by decking and open to nature with sea breezes flowing through. The private ensuite bathroom with a slate floor has an open shower with sightings of langur monkeys playing in the trees.

One awakens to the sound of songbirds chirping all around and a dawn stroll on the beach is just a whisper away. Wander back home for breakfast and then find yourself back on the beach for the swimming tide - everything is close at hand. Enjoy visits from kingfishers and hornbills.

There is a small but efficient kitchen and dining area. The decking both covered and open have benches, hammocks, and chairs for enjoying the views.

Baan Rim 20A Book

Newly remodeled, with cliff views, a private lush garden and steps away from the beach

Baan Rim 20-A is available with or without the guest house suite Baan Bai Maai 20-B. We recommend you book early if you wish to rent both houses and the entire grounds for a total of 5 bedrooms (4 with air/con) and 3 full bathrooms.

These classic wooden homes are well appointed with fine Thai kitchenware and fully furnished featuring antiques and a blend of classic Thai and Chinese as well as designer furniture. Specialty lighting offers sophisticated ambiance. The courtyard and lovely gardens are also beautifully lit to enjoy at night.

Baan Rim and Baan Bai Maai are tucked away in a private natural setting and sit under the magnificent limestone cliffs of Railay at the foot of the National Park and jungle with fabulous views in every direction. Yet, it’s just a 2-minute level walk (150 meters) to the beach, the club’s “Sunset Bar” and front office.

You will appreciate nature in this songbird paradise with sightings of langur monkeys, gibbons, big clouded monitor or gecko lizards, wild civets, toucans, squirrels, etc. Kids will love it!

20-A Sleeps 6-7: The main house has 3-double bedrooms. 2-large bathrooms partially open to the sky, an indoor living room, covered outdoor living and dining rooms, a spacious sala, and sprawling decking with hammocks all around. The 3-double bedrooms have fans and brand new air/con units. (All king beds can be split into 2-singles).

A fourth small-size bedroom with a single bed is located apart from the other bedrooms and not air-conditioned. It is best suited for a child, maid-quarters, or extra sleeping area if needed.

20-B Sleeps 2: This is a separate 40 sqm house, 15 meters from 20A. The air-conditioned room has a king size bed (that can be made into 2 single beds), spacious bathroom, indoor seating area, kitchenette and a wonderful veranda with hammock, table and chairs.

Great holiday getaway.
Baan Bai Maai 20B “Leaf Bungalow" is a one-bedroom air/conditioned guest suite with a private bathroom and private entrance & deck. It is available for rent separately or in addition to the larger main house, Baan Rim 20A "House on the edge of the jungle".

Together, they will accommodate up to 8 guests.

Baan Bai Maai was built new in 2008 and Baan Rim totally remodeled at the same time.

As these units can be rented separately, we recommend you book early if you wish to rent both 20A & 20B and the entire estate.

Both houses are made of wood and fully furnished, including fine kitchenware. With recent upgrade, they now feature a blend of new classic Thai or design (Eames, Tolix, Wegner, Vitra) sofas, coffee tables, armchairs, rocking chair, loungers, etc. as well as Tom Dixon and Artemide lights everywhere. The lovely gardens surrounding the houses are fully lit so guests can enjoy them at night.

Baan Bai Maai is only 150 level meters from the beach, front desk, and sunset bar through lovely gardens. All restaurants, bars, little shops are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The house stands underneath the magnificent limestone cliffs of Railey and at the verge of the national park jungle with fabulous views in every direction. This property is a songbird paradise. You will also see lots of monkeys, gibbons, big clouded monitor or gecko lizards, wild civets, a pair of big owls at night, no bugs. You will love it!

One side of this very large lot (1740 sqm of land) has another member's lovely house at a very reasonable distance. The other three sides are totally green and unbuilt community parkland and jungle. That makes House 20 B very special and private.

House 20B is a separate house of 40 sqm, situated 15 meters from 20A. It has a king-size bed (that can be made into 2 single beds), Eames plywood armchairs, a coffee table, a spacious bathroom, a kitchenette, and a wonderful veranda with hammock, table, and chairs. "Cliff View House" is a spacious 2 bedroom two-story house, plus sleeping loft located only 30m from the beach, in a very quiet corner of Railay Beach Club next to a towering limestone cliff. On the main upper level this house has two air-conditioned bedrooms. There's one bathroom, a large living room with folding glass doors on three sides opening to a spacious wrap around deck, with views out to the sea, the cliffs, nature all around, and lovely sea breezes. There is also a stairway to a sleeping-loft above the bedrooms, with 2 king-size beds. The expansive deck has just been refurbished. On the ground level, there is a kitchen, large patio with a dining set and lounge chairs, one bathroom & an additional Balinese shower room open to the sky and spectacular views of the cliffs and nature.

On the ground level, there is a kitchen, a large patio with a dining set and lounge chairs, one bathroom & an additional Balinese shower room open to the sky, and spectacular views of the cliffs and nature.

Sleeping arrangements: This house has 2 king beds in the main bedrooms (with A/C). There are also 2 king beds in the sleeping loft area with several fans, (no A/C).

Baan Chang 26 Book

Baan Chang, the “Elephant House” is nestled under the spectacular north cliffs of Railay and an easy 2-minute walk (100m) to the beach. This 3-bedroom home has been partially renovated with a touch of Northern Thailand’s Lanna-style and can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. There is a queen daybed in the living room for additional sleeping space suitable for 1-2 children.

The new expansive wooden deck offers outstanding views of the surrounding limestone cliffs and wildlife. It has built-in seating, a dining area, and a large daybed. There’s also a lovely private sala with a second daybed for lounging.

The main living areas are on the upper level: Outdoor decking, open kitchen and living room, and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom open to the sky. The bedroom has a large 55" TV monitor with a selection of new and classic movies for the entire family.

The master suite has air/con and walk-in closet. The newly remodeled open terrazzo master bathroom has an outdoor rain shower and freestanding bathtub with more views of Railay's stunning cliffs.

The large kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table with 6 chairs under a covered terrace. The living room has access to a separate washroom and closet.

"Baan Daya" is located on a corner lot with a private backyard offering stunning views of the surrounding limestone cliffs that flank Railei Beach Club.

This 2 bedroom wooden Thai-style house sits on stilts. The main living areas are upstairs, consisting of a master bedroom, with a private deck and bathroom open to the sky. The kitchen/living room has an open floor plan. There is a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed. There are also two large decks, one covered for extra outdoor living with built-in benches, pillows and dining table. Downstairs, on the garden level, there is a second guest suite bedroom with a wet bar, mini-fridge and hot water kettle, coffee-press, toaster, portable air-conditioner, and private bathroom.

Baan Daya is priced for 4 people. The living room sofa can be made into a bed for two for an additional fee.

"Tree House" is located 80m from the beach. This spacious newly remodeled home has a modern touch with three air-conditioned bedrooms. The living room with a wet-bar is surrounded by open spacious decking and beautiful nature. On the upper level, there are two main bedrooms, a full shared bathroom, a living room, a loft lounge area & a large open deck with dining set and built-in benches .

On the ground level, it has one bedroom, a newly remodeled kitchen, 1/2 bathroom - no shower.

This house is air-conditioned in all three bedrooms. The loft has windows.
