Terms & Conditions
Infant and Child Policy: We have a no children under 12 years policy. However we may consider special requests on a case by case basis. Please contact us in advance if you have a special request.
Air conditioning is available at an extra charge of $20 per night.
Check in time is 2 pm and Check-out is 10 am.
To facilitate your stay can you please provide your flight arrival details if you haven't included it in the booking form so we know what time to expect you. We will email you at least 24 hours before check-in with check-in instructions.
If you require an airport transfer we recommend Tiare Transport Ltd, email directly at tiaretransport@gmail.com or telephone +682 55217. Tiare Transport will confirm availability and costs to you.
We can offer a late checkout until 6pm depending on the availabilty of the unit booked. The charge is half of the daily rate for your reservation. Enquire directly if you wish to arrange this.
Payment Policy
A standard-rate booking will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking confirmation. The balance will be charged 14 days before arrival.
A non-refundable rate booking will be charged the full amount upon booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
A standard-rate booking which is cancelled 14 days before the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the accommodation fee as a cancellation penalty.
