Redgum Hill Country Retreat
Redgum Hill Country Retreat is a small country property located on beautiful Tourist Drive 251 on the Nannup Balingup Road. We are AAA 4 star rated (not self rated) and have 2 cedar cottages and a 2 bedroom brick villa available. The brick villa was initially 3 motel rooms and we have converted the middle room into a lounge/dining/kitchenette by request. There are no adjoining rooms and access is via the covered walkway overlooking the garden making each bedroom extremely private with their own ensuites. Our accommodation is typically country cottage, cosy and warm, clean and comfortable with log fires and in the case of Duffy's cottage ...a fantastic wood stove to cook on in winter. Duffy's overlooks the dam and Gumnut overlooks the river through the trees. We have a variety of birds and wildlife which can be viewed from Gumnut cottage balcony or Duffy's large verandah. All accommodation has private cedar spas. If you enjoy the country, beautiful birds, fresh air, walks through the forest, reading and snuggles, our place is perfect for a weekend or extended stay. The cottage comprises 2 adjoining bedrooms with queen size beds and an upstairs attic with 1 x queen size bed and 2 x single beds. However, this tariff accommodates 4 maximum as the cottage has one bathroom and WC. Additional guests shall be charged $50.0 per person per night. The cottage can accommodate four people comfortably and six if required.

The villa has 2 queen size bedrooms each with their own ensuite. The villa was once 3 B&B suites which were converted into 2 bedrooms with a dining/lounge/kitchenette. The rooms are not adjoining and access is along a covered walkway overlooking the garden. The villa is separate to the main house but adjoined at the entrance. A minimum of two nights booking is required for this accommodation.

Terms & Conditions
We do not accept one night bookings. Minimum of two nights is required.
Long weekends require a three night booking including Easter.
A four night booking is required between 20th December to 7th January 2021.
A bond of $250.00 shall be paid upon booking to the accommodation provider and reimbursed to the paying guests following inspection of the booked accommodation.
Any damage to the cottage, contents or property shall be at the expense of the paying guests.
Damaged property or contents shall be restored or replaced by the owner with the paying guests bond. An Invoice Paid shall then be sent to the paying guest. Should the damage be over $200.00, the the owners shall obtain a quotation for the works required and submit to the guest for approval for payment. Our insurance does not cover damages less than $500.00.
All accommodation booked shall be left in a clean and tidy condition otherwise a $100.00 cleaning fee shall be charged in addition to the tariff paid.
Guests are welcome on the basis that they respect the well-being and privacy of the owners and other guests at all times.
Excessive drinking to the point of obnoxious behaviour is forbidden at all times.
Dogs are not permitted on the property unless agreed with the Management prior to confirmation of booking.
Parents shall be responsible for their guests and children at all times whilst on the property. There is an unfenced large dam and 1/2 km of river frontage and we do not encourage walking near to the river as the embankments are slippery clay.
Children are welcome to play around the property but must refrain from entering the main house garden unless supervised by an adult.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is to be paid 7 days prior to the guests arrival to include a $250.00 bond to be held by the owners in trust for any damages which may occur during the guests stay. (see Terms and Conditions)
The $250.00 bond shall be reimbursed to the paying guest immediately following inspection of the booked accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation – 25% of deposit refunded if booking is cancelled not less than 21 days prior to accommodation dates booked. Deposit not refundable if booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to date of accommodation dates booked unless accommodation can be re- booked to the value or more of the cancelled accommodation tariff. If the re-booked accommodation is less than the cancelled accommodation booked, the cancelling guest shall be obliged to make up the difference. Full tariff to be paid if booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to date booked unless re-booked to the value or more of the cancelled accommodation tariff.
