Redrock Retreat is nestled on the escarpment of the Booie Range, offering singles and couples comfortable accommodation whilst they work in and explore Kingaroy and the South Burnett region. The two self-contained cabins are cantilevered over the escarpment, putting you amongst the treetops and serenity of the bushland surrounds. This is a place to unwind and relax, either after a day at work, or for an escape from Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and beyond.

The interior space of Redrock Retreat's cabins has been thoughtfully designed to create a spacious, yet cosy and comfortable retreat. Features include a Queen bed, fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV and DVD player, speakers, 2 leather recliner lounge chairs, ottoman and coffee table. A bank of windows wrap-around the day bed, enhancing the views and providing the perfect place to relax with a good book. Homely touches create an inviting space, including bedside tables with lamps, a round dining table with 4 chairs, storage cupboard with drawers and ironing board. The large bathroom has a spa bath and shower, with all linen, towels and toiletries provided and included.

Terms & Conditions

CHECK-IN: Between 3pm and 8pm.
CHECK-OUT: Before 10am
Check-in and check-out times may be altered by prior arrangement. Additional fees may be payable for early check-in or late check-out times.

SMOKING: Redrock Retreat is a non-smoking venue. Smoking is not permitted inside cabins or whilst Guests are on Redrock Retreat property.

FOOD & DRINK: Redrock Retreat offers both a Room Only rate or a rate that includes a Continental Breakfast. All rates include a selection of teas, coffee and milk sufficient for each Guest's stay. When booking the Room Only rate you will need to bring your breakfast supplies with you.

Redrock Retreat is not within walking distance of shops or restaurants, so Guests must bring sufficient provisions for the duration of their stay.

Please advise at least 24 hours in advance of your stay if you would like breakfast provided or have special dietary requirements.

Payment Policy

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
Payments are to be made by credit card unless an alternate payment arrangement is agreed, for example, by invoice or direct debit.

No surcharge applies to Visa and Mastercard cards. A 3% surcharge applies to payments made on American Express.

PAYMENT BY DIRECT DEPOSIT
Please contact us for our bank details if you wish to make payment by direct deposit.

DEPOSIT
Unless full payment is made at time of booking, a $100 deposit will be processed on the day of booking unless an alternate arrangement is agreed.

BALANCE and FULL PAYMENTS
Unless full payment was made at the time of booking, balance and full payments will be processed 7 days prior to check-in date.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled 0 - 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited. Whilst no refund will be given if cancelled within 7 days of the check-in date, we are happy to hold these fund for a future visit.

If cancelled 8 or more days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. Alternatively, we are happy to hold your deposit for your next visit.

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY
If guests are unable to travel due to being impacted by COVID, a full refund will be made up to date of check-in on provision of proof of inability to travel.

Please advise as soon as you become aware that you will not be able to travel.
