Reindeer Ski Club
Welcome to Reindeer, a family-friendly ski lodge in the heart of Mt Buller!
Reindeer is ideally situated, boasting ski-in ski-out access and surrounded by some of Mt Buller's best dining and bars and only a short walk to the main Bourke Street run and central village. We are also conveniently located on the shuttle route with a stop directly outside our front door.
We offer affordable, high-quality lodge-style accommodation comprising: four bunk-style rooms including private ensuite bathrooms and heated towel rails, in-room entertainment, linen service, pillows and quilts, fully serviced kitchen, spacious open-planned lounge including fireplace, smart TV, docking stations and free Wi-Fi, long balcony with BBQ facilities, ski-in ski-out access and a full-time lodge manager.
We take pride in our lodge and therefore it is a smoke free environment.
The lodge is operated by the members and our onsite manager who will ensure your stay is comfortable. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is strictly 10am.
Our facilities are shared and we encourage our members to cooperate with each other in all aspects of club life.

Terms & Conditions
Before you make your booking, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
You must not accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. All accommodation is subject to availability. Rates prices can be withdrawn or varied at any time and without notice.
UPON FULL PAYMENT YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED AND AN INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED. THE LODGE ENTRY CODE WILL BE PROVIDED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

CHECK-OUT: 10AM (Strictly)
LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOW AVAILABLE AT $20.00 PER PERSON PER STAY. LINEN NEEDS TO BE ADDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
UPON ARRIVAL PLEASE CHECK THE WHITEBOARD IN THE ENTRY HALLWAY FOR YOUR FINAL ROOM ALLOCATION
We are a club lodge with 22 beds and you are required to cook for yourself and clean your room before you leave.
ROOMS MUST BE CLEANED BEFORE DEPARTURE OR A $10 PER PERSON CLEANING FEE WILL PAYABLE.
We have a fully functional communal kitchen and expect that all guests will clean up after themselves.
Doonas and pillows are provided for you. You can bring your own bottom sheet, pillowcases and either a top sheet or a doona cover. Also you can bring your own towels. However please note that for hygiene reasons every person must use sheets when sleeping in their allocated bed and therefore if you do not bring your own sheets you will be required to rent linen at $20.00 per stay.
There are four bedrooms in our lodge. Beds can be booked individually for all rooms or as an entire room for Rooms 1 and 3. If you wish to book an entire room for Rooms 2 and 4 you must book all beds. Beds not booked can be booked by others. Our Lodge Manager will allocate your beds. Please view the whiteboard when you arrive to check the room and bed that has been allocated.
We've installed an online booking system with secure online credit card payment for simplicity. When you book and pay online, your booking is immediately confirmed!
Each booking is for a particular number of beds over a continuous number of days. If you have party members coming or going during your whole stay, then you will need to make separate bookings for each of those intermediate periods, to avoid paying for unused beds. Please note that beds rates per night are the same for both Adults and Children.
We respect and are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information.
Liabilities
We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased accommodation. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
Payment Policy
If you have booked online via our website then consider this invoice an acceptance and confirmation of your booking.
Payment is to be made in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Payment in full is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Payments are non-refundable unless the accommodation can be re-booked or applied to another booking within the season (subject to availability).
Snow Guarantee
The Snow Guarantee is a money-back guarantee on all prepaid accommodation. Reindeer honours the Mt Buller Snow Guarantee less a 25% administration fee.
