Important information

Full Payment will be made at time of booking, if card is declined an attempt to access 30% of accommodation fee will be charged, if declined again, we will communicate with the guest for an arrangement to make payment.

The Restawile Motel has a non refundable booking policy.

Please note that Restawile Motel does not accept payments with American Express and Diners Club credit cards.

Please note that rooms "are not" serviced daily by housekeeping. You can request housekeeping service every day at an extra charge of AUD $25.

The Restawile Motel has a non-smoking policy in all the rooms.

Please note that the swimming pool is closed from June until October each year

If you have any problems with your room, please advise us so we can attend to it and improve yours and other guests stay with us.

Special Event Bookings, Christmas & New Years Eve - Please book carefully as NO cancellations will be accepted and NO refunds will be given for bookings.

Terms and Conditions

1. By accepting our Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to our Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy and authorising us to take monies from the credit card submitted on the booking form.
2. We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
3. It will be up to the management’s discretion to cancel any bookings due to inappropriate behavior.
4. Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors whilst on the property.
5. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the Restawile Motel, will be charged to the registered guest.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds.

All children are welcome.
 Children must be accompanied by an adult, especially if the children are attending the pool.
 It is the Parents / Guardians responsibility to watch the children at the swimming pool.
 The maximum number of children's cots permitted in a room is 1. A cot is available for hire at $10 per night.

Arrival & Departure Times
This policy defines the arrival and departure times.

Please inform the Restawile Motel in advance of your expected arrival time.
Check in: From 2 Pm on the day of arrival until 8.00 Pm.
Early check-in option is subject to availability.
Check out: 10am on day of departure. An additional fee may be charged for late checkouts.
Late Checkout is possible on Request, but no later than 11 AM

Wireless Internet Policy
This describes what type of internet is available, in which location in the hotel and at what cost.

 Internet access available at front office.

Parking
This specifies if parking is available at the hotel.

 Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
No responsibility is taken by the Restawile Motel for any damage or theft from vehicals

Pets
This policy defines if pets are allowed or not.

 Pets are not allowed.

Room Service
This policy defines your room service.

Room service is defined by - cleaning of room, Change of Linen and Towels.
 If you stay longer than 3 days you are entitled to a room service.
 If you require more tea /coffee or milk please ask our friendly staff.
 You can request housekeeping service every day at an extra charge of AUD $25

Rubbish Policy
This policy defines your helpfulness in helping the environment

 Where possible we ask all guests to place all recyclable products in the Yellow lid waste bids provided around the motel.
 All fish offal is to be wrapped in paper and placed in the green rubbish bins.

Leavers Policy
This policy defines the Leavers period

Unfortunately due to unknown dates for the Leavers Period in November and Strict Terms and Conditions for Leavers, All Bookings must fill out the Restawile Motels Terms & Conditions before any booking can be accepted.

When the dates are announced we will be able to open up November booking dates.

Payment Policy

Credit Card Payment and Details
Before booking please ensure you have enough funds in your account to pay for your accommodation, As the full amount will be charged.

 The total price of the reservation will be charged anytime after booking. If the credit card has insufficient funds for the full booking price, a 30% deposit of the
accommodation fee will be tried to be accessed and the rest of the booking fee must be paid before 3 days prior to check in, If no funds are available, your booking provider will be notified and you will be asked to supply payment, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.

Deposit Policy
This defines the policy for prepayment/deposit requirements.

A minimum Deposit of 30% will be charged to your credit card if the full amount can not be paid, to secure the booking.
Balance of the accommodation amount must be received in full on or before the day of arrival prior to occupancy.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Credit card and guest details are taken as security.

Charges apply for smoking indoors, candle wax removal, inventory loss and excess or deliberate damage or breakages greater than fair wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations

 The Restawile Motel has a non refundable cancellation policy.

 Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).

 If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
