Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS ARE RESERVED FOR 3 HOURS TO FACILITATE PAYMENT. IF UNPAID, BOOKINGS ARE AUTOMATICALLY RELEASED. PAYMENT link www.rhsuites.net/paynow

1.) CHECK IN between 3pm & 12 Midnight. EARLY Check in & LATE Check out fee at RM20 per hour subject to availability. Guests who have fully paid for their bookings will receive via email the Studio/Apartment number together and a PASSWORD FOR SELF CHECK IN. For security reasons, the primary guest will need to produce his/her original ID/Passport to the security lobby for verification and registration.

2.) PARKING NOT INCLUDED
Parking is NOT included in the rent. Guest may park at the visitors car park at the basement level (chargeable), OR may rent our residence parking at RM25 a night, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. . For visitors 'parking rates, please visit our website at www.rhsuites.net/FAQ

3.) Free WIFI Internet with unlimited data. AIR COND usage is included for 16 hours per Night/Day. Any Air Cond usage exceeding 18 hours per Day will be charged RM2.00 per hour/per Air Cond, subject to a minimum of RM10.00.

4.) FURNISHING & FACILITIES:
a) INCLUDED: Utilities, TV, Exec Table, Pantry c/w Cutleries, Fridge, Hot Pressurized Shower, 2 Bath Towels per room, Bed sheet set, Shower gel.
Cooking facilities. Hair dryer & Iron upon request.

b) EXCLUDED: PARKING (RM400 a month, if available), BREAKFAST & DAILY HOUSEKEEPING.

5.) HOUSEKEEPING: OPTIONAL UPON REQUEST: Housekeeping at RM50 per Studio, RM80 per 1 Room Apartment. Replenish Linens & Towels. NO REFILL of consumables (eg tissue, soap, mineral water, coffee etc). NO Room Service available.

6.) CHECK OUT before 12noon. DROP KEYS & Access Card at MAILBOX.
a.) CHECK OUT before 12noon. Late Check out/ return Keys RM20 per hour.
b) Deposit (unless Credit Card Verified) will be refunded within 3 business days by online transfer to your bank/credit card/pay pal account, unless otherwise arranged.
d) Lost Access Card: RM200 penalty

7.) DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE less (if applicable) estimated costs of replacement of damaged/lost items, for monthly rental, usage charges of utility. Min admin charge of RM100 (in addition to compensation & recovery cost) applicable if there is overstay (incl lost/failure to return key/access card RM200), abuse, or loss/damage to items.

8.) WE MAY ENTER THE SUITE with reasonable notice & at reasonable hours for purposes of service/maintenance work or inspection. Kindly safely lock/keep away your valuables as we are not liable for any loss or damage.

9.) ILLEGAL activities, SMOKING & activities causing NUISANCE, ANNOYANCE and/or DANGER to other occupants of the Building are NOT permitted, & if found, we may immediately EVICT & FORFEIT DEPOSITS & BALANCE RENTALS.

10.) BOOKING CANCELLATION(in part or full) / AMENDMENT:
a) Amendment resulting in cancellation of booked dates is deemed as cancellation.
b) If we receive cancellation/amendment notice 14 days or more prior to Check in date, we will charge Rental equivalent to 1 Night Stay;
c) If we receive cancellation/amendment notice less than 14 days from Check in date, we will charge 50% of Rental of balance stay period subject to minimum of 1 Night Stay.
d) No show is deemed as stay, and full Rental is payable until cancellation notice is given.

Upon booking confirmation/payment, you are deemed to have agreed to our Terms at www.rhsuites.net/terms/.

CANCELLATION POLICY (in part or full) / AMENDMENT:
a) Amendment resulting in cancellation of booked dates is deemed as cancellation.
b) If we receive cancellation/ amendment notice 7 days or more prior to Check in date, we will charge Rental equivalent to 1 Night Stay;
c) If we receive cancellation/ amendment notice less than 7 days from Check in date, we will charge 50% of Rental of balance stay period subject to minimum of 1 Night Stay.
d) No show is deemed as stay, and full Rental is payable until cancellation notice is given.
