CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Guest CHECK-IN is strictly between 2pm - 6pm every day. Guest Self Check-in is NOT permitted. Guest CHECK-OUT is 10am every day.
If you wish to check-in AFTER-HOURS, please contact the property directly or you WILL BE CHARGED an after-Hours check-in fee of $30.
PRE-PAYMENT:
Pre-payment of the first nights' stay will be charged at time of booking.
If payment for value of first night is declined, then the booking will be cancelled.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Balance of Payment for the Booking will be taken on the morning of check-in.
Declined or invalid card payment details will result in Cancellation of the Booking.
INTERNET:
Wi-Fi is available at the Lodge and is Free of Charge.
MALICIOUS DAMAGES & THEFT:
Guest will be charged for any unlawful damage or removal of property belonging to Rhodeside Lodge.
CHILDREN & EXTRA BEDS:
Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel and there is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.

PARKING:
Free private parking is available on site.

CANCELLATIONS:
The guest can cancel free of charge up until 48 hours prior to the day of arrival.
A refund will be provided if a pre-payment of first nights' accommodation was made.
