Terms & Conditions
Please read terms and conditions before booking. Upon booking, you are deemed to have agreed to the below terms and conditions.
General Terms:
Guests must provide a driver’s license/passport, contact number, credit card details and email address at the time of check-in.
Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is strictly by 10am. Failure to check out by 10am may result in another night’s stay being charged.
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms – a fee of $250 will be charged to the held credit card to cover lost revenue and additional cleaning. In the event whereby smoking in a guest room sets off a false fire alarm a fee of $550 will apply.
Rooms are strictly pet free, should a pet be taken into a room a fee of $250 will be charged to the held credit card to cover lost revenue and additional cleaning.
Room conditions: No excessive noise of traffic to and from room.
No exceeding number of Guests allowed per room.
Drunken or Disorderly behaviour is prohibited.
Linen & Towels will be counted, any damage or theft of hotel property may result in charges to your held credit card.
Cleaning charge: In the event that there is excessive cleaning required a minimum cleaning charge of $110 will be levied to the held Credit Card
Payment Policy
Payment is required upon check-in or before arrival.
We accept MasterCard & Visa. Cash payments are also accepted, however, a valid credit card is still required upon check-in to cover any incidentals or damage.
Cancellation Policy
**Standard Policy**
Your credit card details will be used to guarantee your reservation, with full payment due upon check-in. In the event of a non-arrival or less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given, your first nights’ accommodation will be charged by the hotel.
There is no refund for early departure before the booked date.
