"ROSENTHAL RETREAT" is South East Queensland's newest Eco-Tourism Resort currently under development and due for completion early in 2021. Consisting of an award winning "resort-style" four bedroom Executive Villa and 8 high-end individual "glamping sites" set among natural bush land on 30 very secluded acres with absolute lake frontage and private entrance to Lake Leslie located just 10 minutes from Warwick Queensland. The best of lake (fishing, water-skiing, etc) with kangaroos, koalas & kookaburras to host your arrival.

The villa features floor to ceiling glass doors and stunning deck area to open the home to all al Fresco areas. Four very large bedrooms (master w/- ensuite), separate lounge, dining, office, designer kitchen, indoor-outdoor dining areas, BBQ, bar & gym.

Each "glamping site" available that consists of a "master bedroom" tent, with lounge & dining area, as well as outdoor are with individual fire-pit. Suitable for up to 2 guests with additional self-camp areas available.

The space
Luxury "resort-style" architecture designed houses set on 30 acres, no neighbours, no noise, no traffic …..and no Corona Virus ! All furniture, fixtures and fittings are five star quality with all linen provided. The trappings of luxury in a rural setting with the Lake almost at your door. The home is designed with its setting in mind, the breathtaking sunsets are just one of the natural features. Start the day by catching dinner on the end of line. Office has free Wi-fi (limits apply) as well as Brother Multi-Function Centre for scan / print standard and large A3, A4, A5 & photo print facilities as well as Data Projector for indoor/outdoor theatre on "movie nights."

Guest access
You will have access to either the entire villa or "substantial "glamping site" at your disposal, with managers accommodation situated on the same 30 acre block. Located RIGHT ON THE LAKE at Warwick Queensland.

Villa available for up to 4 guests included, with an additional person surcharge of $100.00 per person per night applied. A one-off Cleaning surcharge is applied to each stay.

Additional rules
Small pets are allowed ONLY WITH PRE-AUTHORISATION. An additional one-off cleaning fee of $50.00 will be applied if your pet is approved.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required on booking, with full balance payable prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Full cancellation refund is assured for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to check-in date.

50% refund assured for cancellations up to 14 days prior to check-in date.
