Check-out time is 12:00noon. Late check-out is subject to room availability until 1:00pm only without extra charge.
Check- out time from 2:00pm to 4:00pm incurs an extra charge of 50% of your room rate will be charged (subject
to room availability); 5:00pm and above incurs a charge of 100% of the room tariff.
To receive a guaranteed reservation, full payment is needed. Please deposit your payment on time to avoid
cancellation of booking. We will only hold the reservation until the given option date of 12:00noon. If we do not
receive the deposit within the said option date, your booking will be automatically cancelled, i.e. we can’t
guarantee availability of these rooms any longer.
