Terms & Conditions
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
All requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing. While SABA will endeavour to accommodate booking changes this will only occur subject to availability.
Minimum night's stays are as follows:
Low Season: 2 nights
High Season: 3 nights
Peak Season: 5 nights
DAMAGES, BREAKAGES OR LOSSES
Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. SABA reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.

Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required within five working days of the confirmed booking. The remaining 50% payment is due 7 days prior to Guest check-in. All payments must be made in US Dollars, unless otherwise agreed with Saba, and must be made in accordance with the payment instructions as set out in the Invoice. If payments are not made on or before the due date, Saba may cancel the booking.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Guest cancels more than 30 days before the start of the Rental Period, then 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited.
In the event that the Guest cancels less than 30 days before the start of the Rental Period then 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited.
Any forfeited funds may be used as a one-time credit towards a future booking within 12 months of the cancelled booking.
