Sabo’s is a Foodies Getaway Destination in the Heart of the Beautiful Granite Belt Region, we love food and we love to share that with our guests. Here at Sabo's we have boutique accommodation & guest house set on thirty-three acres that backs onto the Severn River. Here at Sabo's there is an abundance of bird life, native animals including kangaroos, our resident platypus in the dam, resident alpacas, sheep & chickens. A seasonal evening menu is available and great for those traveling or leaving after work or that special dining experience. We welcome group bookings and partake in our onsite foodie experience to tantalise your taste buds.
We have eight beautifully appointed rooms at Sabo's on Severn, four in-house & four units with fireplace lit for your arrival. On the Granite Belt we have award winning wineries, boutique brewers, and boutique gin makers that are available for you to enjoy. National Park walks and adventures are within a 20-minute drive from Sabo’s, what a wonderful place to explore! Here on the Granite Belt, we have four seasons marked seasons, cool to cold autumn & winter months regular frosts and the tantalization of snow, spring & summer with the beautiful blossoms from fruit trees to amazing summer fruit and local produce, this really is an area of changing colours and seasons. Michael is in the main guest house and has been beautifully styled with a French country feel . A queen size bed complete with electric blanket and en-suite make this a beautiful room to escape to. A coffee and tea station is in the main area of the dining room complete with homemade treats. Breakfast is also served in the main dining area with a variety of cooked and seasonally options available. Options of enjoying breakfast on the veranda are also available. A changing menu is available from the front desk.

Terms & Conditions

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-In is available from 2.00 pm and Check-Out strictly by 10.00 am (unless other arrangement have been made). We request that on vacating, you leave the room in a clean and tidy condition and as close as possible to the condition it was presented to you. We have provided a "Check-Out Check- List in the cottage to assist you" if the room is not left "as found" and required additional cleaning, then you agree to cover the cost of that cleaning (at the rate of $50 per hour).
DURING YOUR STAY
Security for possessions whilst staying at Sabo’s On Severn is your responsibility. We will not be responsible for any losses you may incur.
When driving on the property please drive at a walking pace of 10km/hour.
During cold weather and in Autumn, Winter and Spring, sufficient firewood will be provided for the duration of your stay. Should you use more than the allocation - a charge will apply for additional wood at $15 per basket (a day's supply). Fires are not permitted during Summer.
During your stay, we reserve the right to enter the property if necessary for safety or management reasons.
We reserve the right to terminate your stay if you act in a manner that is unlawful, causes wilful damage to the property or causes a nuisance to or other guests or neighbors . In these circumstances, no refund will be given, and we will not be responsible for any losses you may incur.

PET STAY POLICY
Dogs and crated at night cats are Considered for a Pet Stay
Dogs are welcome, subject to our dog policy as outlined below. Please note there is an additional charge per stay of $35 per dog and a maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. If you have a large dog that sheds fur/hair a cleaning charge will be required up to the valve of $120
• Guest's dogs may have inside access to the cottage. Please note that there is not a secure dog run available.
• Dogs must be on a leash at all times whilst outside on the property unless you can trust their recall. Please discuss with us on arrival.
• If your dog’s recall is trustworthy, you may access a large area of cleared land adjacent to the cottage for off leash runs - away from the farm animals.
• Dogs must be kept off beds and soft furnishings -dog hair on furnishings will incur an additional cleaning fee.
• Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage and must accompany guests when they leave the premises for outings.
• Please pick up after your Dog - including in the paddocks
• On the property there are farm animals, native wildlife and birds and resident dogs. We ask you to consider both their safety and your dog's safety if your dog is around them. Please keep your dog on leash in these areas.
• Barking must be controlled at all times.
• Washing of Dogs in the bath/sink is strictly prohibited. If your dog is muddy/dirty, we can provide an extra bucket to aid washing if required.
• If excess cleaning is required or if it is necessary to repair any damage caused by your pet, this cost will be your responsibility.
Caution with dogs in the vicinity of the alpacas is strongly advised as their safety cannot be guaranteed. Please talk to your hosts who can explain further.

VISITORS
You are welcome to have day visitors whilst you are staying at Sabo's On Severn.
For security and safety management reasons, we ask that you advise us of any visitors and the approximate duration of their visit.
We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave if they are creating a disturbance or nuisance by their behaviour, and to charge you for any extra cleaning or damage incurred as a result of their actions.

REPAIRS/DAMAGES
If something does not work, is broken, is lost or other damage, please advise us as soon as possible so that we can undertake any repairs/maintenance/replacement etc as soon as possible.
We cover minor breakages as normal wear and tear, however any major damage or loss that necessitates repair/replacement or additional cleaning will result in additional costs and you agree to cover these costs. We will discuss the cost with you before any charges are made.

EXTREME FIRE WEATHER
In the interest of your own safety; in the event of an Extreme Fire Event or Warning for our area, or if our area is under an Advice Notice, we may ask you to vacate the property, or to cancel your stay.
If this is necessary, we will refund your stay or that part of your stay that has been cancelled and we will help you find alternative accommodation where possible.

Payment Policy

Payment of the full booking amount is due on check-out. This payment will be in cash AUD, or credit card, unless otherwise organised. Sabo’s On Severn is not responsible for currency conversion and therefore any questions regarding currency conversion must be directed to bank.
PRE-AUTHORISATION & DEPOSIT
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at time of booking. A deposit may be required. No money is taken from your credit card but it will show as a ‘Pending Transaction’ and you may choose to use a different payment type to pay your final bill.

All rates displayed are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of taxes.
All prices quoted are per person, per night or per room, per night, unless otherwise stated.
We adopt dynamic pricing and the price of our rooms, products and services fluctuates based on demand and other factors. Before confirming a reservation or purchase, we will provide you with a total price for the requested number of rooms and nights, together with the charges for any additional products or services you may have added. Depending on the room rate selected, a cash payment or credit card, is due upon check-in. However, payment may be made into our bank account. Prices are subject to change without notice, and all persons are obliged to pay the overnight price current at the time of reservation.
Unless otherwise indicated, breakfast and coffee/tea, are all included in the rate. However, other gratuities are not included in the rate but you may be able to add them to your reservation during the booking process or they may be available to you during your stay
