Welcome to our little slice of (Pet Friendly) heaven...

Our property consists of Four two-bedroom bungalows (Mad Duck, Seascape,Back Beach and Lazy Days) and a studio spa (The Beach Hut) which has a spa bath. Our 2 bedroom bungalows can sleep 5, with a queen size bed in the main bedroom and a double and single bed in the second bedroom. The Beach Hut contains 1 queen bed and a sofa bed. The individually created and decorated lounge and dining rooms include TV, board games and books

Each bungalow is secluded and has its own private courtyard. You can also enjoy the outdoors sitting comfortably on the covered deck which has a hammock for you to relax in.
The bungalows are equipped with everything you need for a peaceful retreat (including all linen, towels and bathroom toiletries). Please bring your own towels for the beach. Our beautifully appointed kitchens include small oven/gastop cooker, microwave, generous refrigerator as well as a variety of kitchen utensils and appliances. To make your first night a bit easier, we stock the pantry with quality coffee, teas, and other essential staples. All you need to bring is your food and drink or these can be purchased locally in Woolgoolga.

Located near Coffs Harbour, Woolgoolga also has an array of restaurants, cafes, clubs and a tavern. Our bungalows are all pet friendly. Each bungalow has a covered, fenced deck area with a gate that is suitable for pets to rest in securely. Pets are welcome indoors if they do so at home. We ask that you bring along your pet’s bedding and keep them off all furnishings. There is plenty of room on the grounds to exercise your four legged companion as well as a pet friendly beach only 400 metres away.

The cottages are surrounded by tropical gardens abundant with bird life and our local mob of Kangaroos. Relax in our beautiful surroundings or take a stroll on the tranquil Safety beach. The local golf club is only 100 metres away.

For your convenience you can use the BBQ courtyard at your leisure. We also have laundry facilities for those who intend to stay with us for a while.

Terms & Conditions

Doggy Rules
Supervised well behaved four legged canine people are generally welcome. There is a fee of $15 per dog per night, which is included in your rate. Each Bungalow has a covered, fenced deck area with a gate that is suitable for the dog to rest securely in. We would prefer that the dogs sleep on the deck; however, they may sleep inside at night on their own bedding if this is what they do at home. Pets are not allowed up on any furniture. There is plenty of room in the grounds to exercise the dog as well as a dog friendly beach only a short walk away. Pets are not to be left unattended at cottages without our prior approval.

For bookings of 2 nights or less, full payment is required upon booking. For bookings of 3 nights or more, a deposit of 50% is required upon booking, with balance payable on arrival.
During Christmas holidays a 50% deposit is required upon booking, with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We will contact you prior to this payment be made.

Cancellation Policy

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Being a small business with only 5 Bungalows it is important to us and guests wishing to stay that we have a fair cancellation policy which needs to be adhered to.

Off peak and shoulder seasons

For stays of 2 nights or less, full payment is required when booking.
For 3 nights or longer, a 50% deposit is required when booking. The balance is due on arrival.
Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the date of arrival will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival forfeit any monies paid.
There are no refunds for early check outs and “no shows”.

Peak season (Christmas New Years holidays, Easter. Aust and State sports tournaments)

A booking deposit of 50% is payable to confirm your reservation, this payment is non refundable.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, once paid this becomes non refundable.

There are no refunds for early check outs and “no shows”

For those unexpected circumstances where your travel plans might change last minute, we recommend you have travel insurance.
