All our villas are secluded stand-alone oceanfront villas, boasting spectacular sea views, literally 50 metres from the Pacific Ocean.
Our Villas are ideally designed for a couple's romantic getaway, especially the Luxury Spa Villa, which is often chosen by honeymooners and elopers, as it has an adjacent Spa Hut with a private Jacuzzi and Infrared sauna.
Our 3 bedroom Super King Villa, THE RESIDENCE, is the ultimate in coastal accommodation - comprising 2 luxurious King bed / en-suited bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom with a Queen bed and a single (or 3 singles) and a separate bathroom - the Villa has a separate lounge and fully equipped kitchen/dining opening on to a huge deck with spectacular ocean vistas.
All our villas have FREE WIFI connection via the NBN.
Each Oceanfront Villa is literally 50mtrs to the marine environment.... occasionally offering up sights of migrating whales and pods of dolphins - daily sea birds abound and can be spotted from the comfort of your villa.

Please note: due to the Open-Plan Villa design, and out of courtesy to the next guest checking in after you, we do not encourage to cook strong scented meals, hence there is no stove, however, an induction plate and pot can be delivered at no extra charge to your villa.

Whether you are after a peaceful rest, or a romantic getaway, the exclusive Luxury Spa Villa within our Saltwater Estate is the perfect place to relax.
Our spacious open plan Luxury Spa Villa is available with a king bed and one king-single bed and sleeps a maximum of three people. There is a shower with stunning views towards the ocean and a separate exclusive Spa Hut which is equipped with a Jacuzzi and an iHealth Infrared Sauna, hence no bath in the Villa's bathroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and living area with air-conditioning. With gorgeous views to the ocean and plenty of space, it is perfect for a weekend getaway or for those who just want a little bit more room to stretch out.

It features 2 gorgeous bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and walk-in showers and one single rollaway bed can be added to the Garden bedroom. The third bedroom can be either set up as 1 King and 1 single bed, or as 3 single beds. However, it has no ensuite. Nevertheless, there is a separate and third bathroom down the hallway, which includes a deep set bath with a handheld shower head. The modern fully equipped kitchen flows through to the dining options inside or out. A contemporary designed lounge with its ceiling to floor windows has its own piano and a rowing machine - and the huge timber deck is the perfect setting for outdoor dining or just soaking up the sun and sea air.

Terms & Conditions

A deposit of 15% will be charged for direct bookings with Saltwater Sunrise. The balance will be charged to your credit within 14 days of your arrival.
For bookings made through other channels we reserve the right to charge 30% upon booking, or if within 28days of booking 100%.
Please note, there is a surcharge for credit card payments.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing. Fees for excess guests which are not agreed with the owners will automatically incur an additional charge according to their credit cards.

Parties and Functions are strictly by booking and separate agreed pricing. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to agreed terms and conditions may result in additional payments charged to your credit card.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival - with all crockery/utensils
placed into the dishwasher, and please start program.
In the event of excessive cleaning requirements an extra fee of $40.00 will be charged for the Luxury Villa for Couple and $85 for the Super King Villa and Luxury Spa Villa.

Check-in time for the Luxury Oceanfront Villa for Couple is 2pm
Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next arrivals.

Check-in time for the Luxury Spa Villa is 3pm
Check-out time is strictly 10am, to prepare for same day check-in guests.

Check-in time for the Super King Villa is 3pm
Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow to prepare the King Villa for next arrivals.

Damage and Breakages to Property, crockery and glasses will be charged at a fair price to your credit card and
Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
In lieu of a bond credit card details are to be given on or before the day of entry. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.

Your villa will be fully made up, with a full set of linen, towels and bathrobes for your comfort.

Saltwater Sunrise is essentially an adult accommodation. Please note that we have three unfenced dams on the property with an unsecured oceanfront.

Pets are not allowed on the Saltwater Sunrise property.

This is strictly no smoking accommodation.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Payment Policy

Saltwater Sunrise charges extra credit card surcharge:

Amex: 2.95%
Visa: 2.6%
Master: 2.6%

Cancellation Policy

If you make a booking during the Covid pandemic, the risk lies with you.
Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email). For cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival, booking funds will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee. For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival, booking funds will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 21 days in advance of arrival, 40% refund will be given. For cancellations made less than 14 days of arrival, no refund will be given. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
