Sanctuary@Waratah is the place to come when you need to get away, but want to feel at home. Private, exclusive, luxuriously comfortable and yet warmly welcoming, this self-contained two-bedroomed B&B offers couples' accommodation in a rural setting overlooking Shallow Inlet and Wilson's Prom. The stylish fit out and furnishings are of the highest quality, making this the perfect place to relax, unwind and reconnect with whatever and whomever is most important to you. Designed for couples, Sanctuary@Waratah offers privacy, seclusion and exclusivity. The accommodation is NOT suitable for children and is strictly non-smoking.
The accommodation comprises a stand-alone cottage with a large living/dining area with views out towards Wilson’s Promontory, two bedrooms and a central bathroom. Bedrooms have king-sized beds and shower filtered rain water.
Delicious food prepared with care ensures guests leave feeling contented and spoilt. A continental breakfast is prepared daily. Showcasing the best local produce and reflecting what is in season, the menu might include a fruit & honey smoothie, roasted rhubarb layered with Gippsland yoghurt and homemade nutty granola, Irish soda bread with raspberry jam, freshly baked banana & coconut muffins with apricot & ginger butter or pesto salami loaf with cream cheese.
To ensure privacy, Sanctuary@Waratah only accepts one booking at any time, securing the entire facility against that booking, irrespective of the number of people to be accommodated.

Terms & Conditions
To ensure privacy, Sanctuary@Waratah only accepts one booking at any time, securing the entire facility against that booking, irrespective of the number of people to be accommodated.
A minimum stay of 2 (two) nights applies. Single night occupancy during weeknights will be considered on a case-by-case basis but may incur an additional cleaning fee. Minimum stays of 3 (three) nights apply over long weekends and 4 (four) nights over the Easter weekend.
For bookings made less than 2 (two) months in advance, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
For bookings made more than 2 (two) months in advance, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance payable within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of arrival.
The accommodation is NOT suitable for children and is strictly non-smoking.
Payment Policy
Payment for online bookings may be made using credit cards via our secure payment gateway Little Hotelier Payment. Please note credit card transactions Incur an additional 3% surcharge.
Payment may also be be made directly via EFT (into BSB 633-000, A/c number 147487417)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations incur a $30.00 fee.
Where cancellations are made less than 7 (seven) days prior to the arrival date the full amount paid is forfeited, unless we are able to re-book the cancelled dates. If the dates are successfully rebooked, the amount previously paid will be refunded, less the cancellation fee ($30) payable.
Any Cancellations, adjustments to bookings or early departures made after arrival will not be entitled to any refund.
We may at any time cancel a booking if in our sole discretion there are reasons that require us to do so. In this unlikely event all monies paid will be refunded and we will have no further liability to you.
Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy are subject to the Laws in the State of Victoria.
