Sandcliffe Dairy Luxury Farmstay
You'll be Udder-ly amazed that this completely renovated home was once a fully functioning Dairy back in the day. It would only see fit that the theme of cows be incorporated into the stylish décor. With private water views, you can wake up to amazing sunrises and spot the resident Pelicans and Swans (sometimes the geese come for a sticky beak too).
As you Moo-ve through the front door you are greeted by a spacious yet cozy open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Its hard not to look up to the vaulted timber ceilings and steel rafters once your eyes have stopped looking at the big arse fan. Then you'll be gazing at the window views of the private lagoon on one side of the home and farm land on the other side (you may even see a few cows grazing out there).
The kitchen has everything you need and we've gone better than just including the kitchen sink, we've even thrown in a dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. Sit and sink into the comfiest couch and snuggle up to watch a movie or the footy on the 42 flat screen TV. But if you're here to digitally disconnect, we have a bush TV (outdoor fire pit), board games and bushwalks! Speaking of the outdoors, there is a BBQ in the Alfresco area overlooking the lagoon.

No events/parties allowed. No smoking/vaping inside the property.
Please do not wear shoes inside. Inside shoes i.e slippers etc are ok.
All dishes to be washed and dishwasher empty on departure.
All rubbish removed and put in outside bins.
Please note the property is on an operating farm. We cannot allow dogs for this reason.
The property is surrounded by water and farming machinery so children must be
supervised at all times.
First load of firewood supplied, additional available for $20 per wheelbarrow load
Payment Policy
50% deposit required at time of booking.
50% remainder required 2 weeks prior to check in.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
