In this setting, right on the beach, are the Sands Villas.
Three unique villas set on world famous Titikaveka beach with all the modern amenities including full kitchen, two bathrooms, WIFI access and free use of kayaks. Whether a romantic getaway or whole family escape, Sands Villas are the perfect setting for your next holiday in Rarotonga. Each villas sleeps up to 6 guests and we welcome larger parties (up to 20 guests including the Vaka Cottage studio also located on the property) for weddings, special birthdays and anniversaries.

Please note all prices are in New Zealand dollars. We accept bank transfer to our NZ bank account, Visa and MasterCard. Please advise details at time of booking. A 25% deposit will be due at time of booking with the remainder due 60 days prior to arrival. A 4.5% admin fee is charged on all card payments.
NOTE: Your booking is not confirmed until we receive the deposit.
Cancellation
Bookings cancelled within 90 days of arrival , are non-refundable.
Insurance is recommended.”
We advise all gusts to purchase Travel Insurance to cover you for Covid related events and any other unexpected occurrences.
Early Check In/Late Check Out: Normal Check In time is 2pm and normal Check Out time is 10am. An Early Check In (from 6am to 2pm) may be booked for NZ$150. A Late Check Out (from 10am to 6pm) may be booked for NZ$150.
Please take extra care when booking your dates of stay to take into account the Cook Islands time zone. Dates booked are final and any changes will incur fees or extra nights to be booked.
If you require a portacot please advise us, these are available to rent at $20 per day.
We recommend using a private transfer service - Kaimani Shuttles charles@kaimanishuttles.com phone +682 77571 (especially for after hours arrivals). The cost is $25pp icluding bottled water & a flower 'ei. $15pp for children under 12, free for infants) each way - they provide a VIP direct service for Sands Villas guests direct from the airport to your villa 24 hours a day. This is payable in cash to the driver
Each Sands Villa offers similar facilities. We have endeavored to accommodate your specific villa request but cannot absolutely guarantee any particular villa prior to arrival.
