- ในกรณียกเลิกการจองหรือไม่ได้มาในวันเข้าพักไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี

-ลูกค้า กรุ๊ป คณะทัวร์ ไม่สามารถ แจ้งเลื่อน หรือ เปลี่ยนวันเข้าพักได้ ในทุกกรณี เนื่องจาก เปอร์เซ็นความเสียหายมากกว่า ลูกค้าจองด้วยตนเอง

-กรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่แสดงตนในวันที่เข้าพักทุกช่องทางภายในเวลา 15:00 ทางรีสอร์ทสามารถยกเลิกห้องที่ลูกค้าจองได้โดยไม่ต้่องขออนุญาติ

-เด็ก 1-3 ขวบฟรี
เด็ก 4-6 ขวบครึ่งราคา
เด็กอายุ 7 ขวบขึ้นไปเต็มราคา

-ทางรีสอร์ทขอความกรุณาไม่นำสัตว์เลี้ยงมาพักในรีสอร์ท

-โปรดตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบตอบรับการเข้าพัก หากพับข้อผิดพลาดกรุราแจ้งกลับทันที ภายใน 1 ชั่วโมงทำการ หากดกินกำหนด ทางรีสอร์ทจะถือว่าใบตอบรับนี้ถูกต้อง

-ขอความกรุณา งดนำอาหาร เครื่องดื่มทุกชนิดเข้ามาในส่วนกลางของรีสอร์ท และร้านอาหาร โดยทางรีสอร์ทต้องขออนุญาต สงวนสิทธิ์ในการคิดค่าใช้จ่าย กรณีที่นำเข้ามา
-งดประกอบอาหารภายในห้องพัก และบริเวณรีสอร์ท หรือชายหาด
-ทางรีสอร์ท ไม่มีบริการเสริฟอาหารตามห้องพัก
-แผนกห้องพักบริการตั้งแต่เวลา 8:00-19:00
-ทางรีสอร์ทไม่อนุญาติให้ใช้ลำโพงเคลื่อนที่ ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดความรำคาญต่อลูกค้าท่านอื่น ในทุกช่วงเวลา
