Sensom Luxury Boutique Bed and Breakfast is casual coastal elegance on 6 acres of landscaped gardens with private suites for your accommodation. Come and discover a truly unique and private oasis at Sapphire Beach, 10 mins north of Coffs Harbour. Touches of luxury and attention to detail help make your stay with us memorable; guest suites are each a haven, extremely comfortable, very private, air-conditioned, and tastefully decorated with en-suite, king or queen bed, TV/Netflix, quality cotton sheets, fridge, tea/plunger coffee, organic toiletries, hair dryers & pool towels. Table service breakfast is provided in your stay overlooking the beautiful landscaped gardens. All rooms are air-conditioned, have private entrances & decks with table & chairs. The lifestyle of Sensom is relaxed, 5 mins from the most pristine beaches on the north coast, with nature walks, pool and BBQ area. Lawns and terraced gardens lead downhill to a 15m salt-water pool, a large lily filled lagoon with waterfalls and a Koi pond at the bottom of the property. The pool area and upper terraces are ingeniously lit and wired for sound.
Sensom Luxury Boutique Bed and Breakfast offers a space to relax, unwind, reconnect with loved ones or celebrate a special event. The property is also available for boutique weddings and celebrations.

Terms & Conditions

Check in Time - 3.00pm to 7.00pm.
Check Out Time - 10.00am (Late check-outs may be possible subject to availability).
Pets - Pets are not allowed on the property.
Smoking - The entire property including all rooms is non-smoking.
Self-catering - A BBQ area is available for guest use (closed for winter months) with 3 dedicated eating areas. Food is not allowed in any guest bedrooms.
Accommodation - Maximum 2 people in a room. (No extra beds).
Children - Sensom Luxury Boutique Bed and Breakfast is exclusively for grown-ups. We DO NOT cater for children under the age of 16.

Payment Policy

NOTE: BOOKING POLICY ONLY APPLIES FOR BOOKINGS MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH SENSOM; BOOKINGS MADE VIA THIRD PARTY AGENTS WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE POLICIES OF THE THIRD PARTY.

All Bookings: Full payment is required at time of booking*.

Sensom Luxury Boutique Bed and Breakfast will accept payment by Cash, Bank Transfer (EFT) and Credit Card*. Please note we only accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Sensom Luxury Boutique Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to cancel the booking for payment defaults.
(*If paying by Bank transfer full payment is required on booking; all Credit & Debit Cards will incur a merchant fee of 2.5% )

DAMAGE POLICY: Damage to Property, Fixtures, Fittings, Laundry and Linen.

You are responsible for any damage caused by you with respect to your room, its contents and other areas on the property, occurring during your stay. Your credit card will be charged for any damage that may occur.

NOTE: THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS.

Cancellation Policy

NOTE:

2. ALL BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU ARE UNSURE PLEASE CONTACT SENSOM DIRECT FOR CLARIFICATION BEFORE BOOKING .
3. Bookings made DIRECTLY with Sensom LBB&B or directly through the Sensom Luxury Boutique Bed and Breakfast website (not via a 3rd Party) may be subject to a credit (at the discretion of the owners) in the event of a cancellation due to the COVID virus. Contact Sensom for further details.

Note: An administration fee of $25.00/night may be payable for any changes made to bookings after confirmation, at the discretion of management.
