During the day, you may find the children prefer to use the white sandy fringed pool known as the Lagoon which offers a swim up bar. Your personal preference may be the formal pool alongside the spa with cascading waterfall or the Rainforest Pool which is steps away from your apartment offering the opportunity of enjoying a "privately reserved" swim out pontoon, usable only by our apartment guests.. THE TENNIS COURT is adjacent to this apartment and can be enjoyed by all, simply requiring a booking to be made from reception at no charge. Property cancellation policy:
Once booking has been made and dates have been locked away and secured for guests, our policy is strictly NO REFUND. Please ensure that PRIOR TO placing your booking you have secured travel plans and dates and are 100% happy with your arrangements.

Check out before 10.00 A.M.
Maximum occupancy: 6 Guests at any one time
Parties/events NOT allowed. This protects the tranquility for other guests within the resort.
Pets NOT allowed
This resort and apartment have been constructed to be suitable for children.
Smoking strictly NOT allowed.
A Damage Waiver protects both the owner as well as the property renter. If damage to property or contents occurs, the damage waiver will be invoked
Smoking is strictly forbidden within the apartment confines, if smoking were to occur a professional cleaning fee would be applied.
The maximum number of staying guests at any one time is limited to the number advised to the property owners when the apartment booking was placed.
Payment accepted by approved credit cards.
Once your booking has been placed and accepted, we lock your dates away so that your booking is secured for your stay and arrangements that you have made. This makes the apartment unavailable for others to book and for this reason we adopt a no refund policy.
We do recommend that a travel insurance policy be taken out which will cover you in the event that you may need to make a last minute cancellation.
