Fares or prices displayed when booking online or on this site may not include taxes and are subject provider availability. The general booking/enquiry form constitutes a request only and we do not guarantee fares or prices until the booking has been confirmed by Shandonvale Station and paid for. Helicopter costs can change at any time. Routing restrictions and other special conditions may apply. Taxes, and any additional costs will be advised to you when your booking is confirmed.
Bookings made through the booking engine also constitute a request, and the correctness of this request in regards to abiding by the rules of the fare as stated is the responsibility of you, we do not guarantee the fare quoted until the booking is confirmed by Shandonvale Station. Air charter companies may change their prices without notice.
All packages offered are subject to availability and price variation until the balance is paid.
Acknowledgement of your booking request will be sent via e-mail or telephone call within 48 hours of your request being received. Please ensure you check your e-mail regularly. Payment must be received within 72 hours of booking confirmation. Failure to pay for tickets within this time results in automatic cancellation of the booking. We accept no responsibility for loss incurred due to automatic cancellation or failure of e-mail delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destination and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. . Guests will be requested to sign waiver and indemnity to ensure you are of fit health to go on any excursion on the Station.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
Upon Entering Shandonvale Station I hereby waiver any liability to sue
I am being permitted, camp, fish,bird watching, bush walk, bike riding or participate in any way within the designated Boundary of Shandonvale Station, I hereby acknowledges and agree that the nature of my camping activity, it would be unreasonable for Shandonvale Station to be in any way responsible for injury , death or loss of income and could involve the risk of serious injury and/or death . I agree if riding an ATV, UTV, it is my responsibility to act responsible and wear helmet and other protective gear. I hereby to the full extent permitted by law, waive all my legal rights of action against and fully releases Shandonvale station for any such loss, damage or death what so ever arising out of/ or in relation to my participation by me, entering Shandonvale Station permitted by Shandonvale station. Shandonvale Station accepts no responsibly for personal expenses, incurred by any guest however instigated, it is suggested that personal travel & medical insurance is taken out to cover any unforeseen incident that could or might occur during your travels. Guest also must cover any medical expenses, medical evacuation if needed. Shandonvale Station is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings personal injury, death, accident or any illness however caused We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused by your acts, omissions or defaults, your state of health, medical condition or circumstances or other reasons which are beyond our control. I further acknowledge and agree that I have undertaken the activity freely, voluntarily and absolutely at my own risk and with a full appreciation of the nature and extent of all risks that could be involved. This wavier and indemnity shall bind my executors and me. I have read this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up any rights by signing it, and have signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance or guarantee being made to me and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
Under the personal injuries proceedings act 2002, the civil liability act 2003 and the trade practices act 1974. I hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to pursue any claims demands or suits towards the directors / family / caretaker or employees of Shandonvale Station. We require a full payment up front on either package or extras. This is charged per package or extras deducted from your balance.
We accept card payment via the booking engine Credit card payments are accepted however fees will apply.
Money refund will only be refunded one month prior to arrival. 5 days inside of the date of arrival will be a non-refundable if you should cancel. Cancellation fee will occur. If of a weather event causing property to be non-accessible a full refund will be granted with 24 hours notice. If you are eligible for a refund once a booking has been cancelled, the balance less any non-refundable amounts and cancellation fees will be forwarded to you upon receipt of the refund.
