2 Storey Villas:

Sheridan's Family 2-Storey Villa is a 51-meter apartment sized unit that is perfect for couples or families who prefer an extended stay in Boracay. Fully air-conditioned, it has an oversize private terrace overlooking the garden walkways surrounding the property. Special features of the villa include a living room, dining area, kitchenette complete with cookware, utensils with refrigerator, hot and cold showers and cable TV on each floor.

Junior Suite:

A spacious 30 square meter accommodation with a colorful tropical designed patio, it has a wooden French door that opens up to the Sheridan Family Villa. The suite is completely tiled with warm relaxing colors, drawback drapery, dim lights and a living area with Sofa with pull-out bed.

Deluxe Room:

A 22 square meter room overlooking the garden walkways surrounding the property. It has two single sized beds, hot and cold shower, work desk and cable TV.

Force Majeure:

The Resort shall not be responsible to the tour operator or its guest for its failure to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement in case of fortuitous events, force majeure, labor disputes or any conditions beyond control. In such an event, the affected party will have the option to rebook or be allowed a credit memo for future bookings.

Travel Insurance:

Trip cancellation, health accident and baggage insurance are available from your travel or Insurance Agency. Guests are required to obtain Insurance. Otherwise, the Resort shall not be responsible to refund guests.

Payment Policy

BILLING ARRANGEMENT:

The Resort shall require 50% down payment in Cash, Credit Card upon signing of this agreement; remaining balance of the estimated amount shall be settled one week before the arrival.

Any additional charges incurred shall be paid upon check-out in Cash, Credit Card.

Cancellation done within 7 nights; 100% charge equivalent to the entire stay will apply.

Cancellation done 3 nights prior to the arrival will be charged full amount (100%).

No show or early check out will be charged full amount (100%) and is non-refundable
