ในการลงนามในบัตรนี้ ข้าพเจ้าซึ่งเป็นแขกลงทะเบียนของโรงแรมยอมรับที่จะชำระค่าปรับและค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ทั้งเกิดจากที่ตัวข้าพเจ้าและแขกอื่นๆ ของข้าพเจ้าเป็นระยะเวลา
