The Palms at Palm Cove is located just 20 minutes from Cairns International Airport and only 200 meters away from the Palm Cove beach - one of the nicest beaches in Tropical North Queensland.
As Owners of this Property we are responsible for all aspects of the day to day Operation and Management of The Palms at Palm Cove, where "your satisfaction is our success"...
We have just completed some significant renovations and additions which are being extremely well received by our Guests.
All our apartments are fully self-contained with a kitchen that includes all your crockery, fridge/freezer, stove in the Superior Apartments and induction cooktops in the Standard Apartments, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.
We also offer free wireless Internet.

Every apartment includes Colour TV with Remote Control, Radio, Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fans, Shower and Toilet. High quality Sealy Executive Comfort King Zip beds.
The Palms at Palm Cove has a Travel desk for your convenience where you can book all your tours and trips and assist you with Booking a Rental Car.
If you bring your own vehicle - that's fine - there is plenty of off-street parking available at the rear of the property.

Terms & Conditions
Booking Policy
For ALL Bookings a Booking Fee/Deposit in the amount of 50% of the total value of the booking is payable at time of booking. Remainder to be paid on the day of arrival.
Please note that, in the event of any "dispute" with Banks or Credit Providers, your providing us with your Credit Card details and you Authorising us to Debit the Card will be deemed as having the same effect as you "signing" the Credit Card Voucher.
NOTE: A 3.0% surcharge will be applied to Mastercard & Visa credit card transactions and 3% surcharge will be applied to Amex & Diners Club credit card transactions
CANCELLATION POLICY
ANY/ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING EITHER BY EMAIL OR POST. THE BOOKING NUMBER MUST BE QUOTED.
If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more, prior to arrival, the Deposit will be refunded in full. If a booking is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival the total amount of the booking will be payable and the balance outstanding will be debited to your Credit Card.
If you decide, at the time of or after your check in, to either not proceed with your check-in or to leave ahead of time then the total amount for your stay is payable and will be debited to your Credit Card.
Payment Policy
50% payment with Booking. Balance 50% on day of arrival.
