Five loving years were spent restoring this magnificent 72ft yacht which is available in Sydney Harbour or Palm Beach in Pittwater Sydney . She has featured in many magazines for her rare beauty, ‘Sir Thomas’ has been enjoyed by celebrity guests, families, corporate groups and friends.
You can choose from the BYO pricing or a full waited bar & food service. We cater for all needs and can plan and design your desired sailing trip.
The boat has 3 berths and 2.5 bathrooms
‘Sir Thomas Sopwith’ has an extra-large saloon that can sit up to 12 people with a full kitchen, ice maker and dishwasher plus a large free standing fridge.
Outside the cockpit can accommodate up to 8 people with a large princess seat and deck chairs to fit an extra 6 people. There is a large cabin top sunbed, boom hammock and extra room on the bow of the boat for sunbathing or just a peaceful moment in time or sailing at sunset with a group of fabulous friends with champagne galore to celebrate the experience of a lifetime.
Whilst sailing relax and listen to your choice of music through the surround sound Bose system. The Bose system doubles for movies with a pit that emerges out of the saloon table for up to 8 adults to lie down and unwind.

All watersports activities contain an element of risk. It should be understood that participation in these activities is your decision and at your own risk. David Edwards trading as Sir Thomas Sopwith Charters takes no responsibility for the safety of charter clients whilst using water equipment for example, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and skin diving equipment in and around the boat.
Payment Policy
Bookings are not confirmed until 20% deposit has been paid. The final payment must be paid within 30days of the charter date. Credit card payment will be accepted Visa MasterCard a 2% credit card fee is payable. Funds Can also be paid directly into bank account as per the invoice.

Cancellation Policy
a. Part cancellation of a booking will not be accepted. Should the client cancel the booking within 30 days of the charter date, the client will only be entitled to a refund of any monies paid, less a cancellation fee of $300.00, when the Boat is re-chartered for the whole term of the Agreement at the full rate.
b. If the skipper deems the weather and sea conditions to be dangerous or the weather conditions exceed the survey specifications, Sir Thomas Sopwith Charters will issue a full refund or an alternate Charter date subject to weather conditions and skippers confirmation.
c. The cost of perishable catering ordered on your behalf is exempt from the refund reflecting the extreme weather in clause b.
